About the Job

This position will support the responsibilities of the SAP and Support Planning Team.  The position will provide support for all Regulatory Inspections and manage requests for manufacturing reports in response to requests from all local and global Quality and Regulatory organizations.  Prepare and complete analysis for inventory financial projections while ensuring management alignment.  Manage the SAP & Trackwise training program and modify as necessary to align with needs of the business.  Manage and implement programs and system enhancements to ensure compliant, effective and efficient programs with regards to supply chain management. Contribute to local and global supply chain strategy to ensure consistency/alignment of key performance metrics and global management reporting.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide input to meetings of monthly cycle (performance review, Inventory review, etc.) when applicable.

  • Contribute to daily Level 1 + QDCI meetings

  • Support the standardization of Supply Chain processes and implement digital initiatives.

  • Contribute to the company's sustainability goals through efficient inventory management.

  • Work with all levels and transversal functions to ensure inventory management best practices at Swiftwater are adhered too.

  • SC Systems Support Representative during Regulatory and Government Agency Audits providing SAP data and business process information.

  • Gather required data as requested from Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, MSAT, and Quality Management for products distributed from US locations. To include but not limited to Manufacturing Data, International Shipments and Batches Distributed.

  • Generate and prepare data in support of audits of internal SOX controls and external financial auditors.

  • Assist with inventory scrapping in iShift SAP related to cycle count adjustments, and material destruction activities.

  • Investigate cycle count misses ensuring operations effectively identifies root cause and corrective action.

  • Train and guide staff on cycle count procedures, best practices, and areas for improvement identified by SC CI inventory lead.

  • Generate regular reports on inventory accuracy, discrepancies, and program performance.

  • Continuously improve the cycle count process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with various supply chain streams (e.g., P2MF, MQU, P2D, F2P) to contribute to standardizing and streamlining supply chain processes within the SAP environment.

  • Serve as SWT key point of contact for SAP-related queries and challenges including but not limited to monthly production reports, PQVAR, and external warehouse reconciliations.

  • Responsible for ensuring SAP data integrity.

  • Develops new SAP queries, reports and views based on user requirements. 

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Life Sciences, or technical BS with 5+ years of proven business management/analytical and presentation skills experience.

  • MBA Preferred.

  • 4+ years' experience with demonstrated knowledge of business systems, scheduling, and data analysis.

  • APICS/CPIM knowledge and certification highly preferred. Candidates who are not currently certified must be willing and committed to obtaining certification within a specified timeframe.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA Fiori, including eWM.

  • SAP Query creation.

  • Report development and data extraction (Snowflake and Power Query)

  • Understanding of key tables.

  • Understanding of regulatory processes and audit requirements

  • Strong financial analysis and inventory management skills

  • Cross-functional collaboration (works with Production, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance)
