Nosso Time
Atuamos com a missão de salvar vidas, nesta posição você terá a chance de vivenciar o fluxo end-to-end da planta Indistrial de Suzano. O depósito é parte fundamental nesse fluxo, atuando diretamente com áreas produtivas, centro de distribuição e comerical e fazer parte de um novo momento.
Principais responsabilidades:
· Suporte para entradas de materiais em SAP - INBOUND
· Gestão de estoque
· Responsável pelo gerenciamento de KPI’s da área
· Focal pelas áreas transitórias pertinentes ao depósito;
· Preparação de cargas e emissão de Notas Fiscais - OUTBOUND
· Interface com clientes internos, garantindo os abastecimentos de produção no momento correto.
· Análise de articulação entre sistemas SAP para processos de warehouse;
· Respeitar e praticar com rigor as políticas de qualidade e procedimentos operacionais em todas as suas atividades, identificando e corrigindo condições de risco de
qualidade, comunicando imediatamente qualquer situação de potencial risco de qualidade, preservando assim a saúde dos consumidores e imagem da empresa.
· Respeitar e praticar com rigor os programas e procedimentos de HSE em todas as suas atividades, identificando e corrigindo condições ou comportamentos inseguros, comunicando imediatamente qualquer situação de potencial de risco, preservando assim o meio ambiente, a saúde e a segurança das pessoas, bem como o patrimônio da empresa.
Sobre você
- Educação: Ensino superior cursando – Engenharia, Administração ou Logística.
- Experiencia: Não é necessário
- Soft Skills: Comunicação Clara e objetiva, resiliência, Trabalho em Equipe, capacidade de tomar decisões, gerenciamento de conflitos e proatividade, apro pelo novo, proatividade.
- Habilidades técnicas: conhecimentos do sistema Excel e Power BI – Requerido
- Senso de responsabilidade
- Estar apto ao novo e ter proatividade na resolução de problemas
- Línguas: Inglês básico
