Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply (M&S) Organization is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Modulus Facility. The facility is at the cornerstone of Sanofi strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges as well as Specialty Care Biologics products. One of these two Modulus Facilities is constructed in Singapore at a new Greenfield site, with a design identical to the one in Neuville (France). The facilities will also have highly digitalized and automated capabilities which is a key enabler for operations using technologies such as autonomous guided vehicles, cobots and cloud systems.

As Clean Utility & Sustainability Intern at Tuas Modulus, you will be assisting and supporting Clean Utility team to drive improvement and implement new initiatives in our state-of-the-art modulus production facility.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Automation Engineer to design and introduce BMS dashboard to improve HVAC system monitoring

• Assist Clean Utilities team to optimise clean utility operations and monitoring

• Assist Clean Utilities team to drive new-workflow implementation, such as incorporating Quality-Tag-Out into Work Order system

• Assist Sustainability Program lead in driving new sustainability initiatives

What will you learn?

• Clean Utilities (Water and gas systems) & HVAC operations, and their impact on the production facility

• Overview on automation and control systems driving the Clean Utilities & HVAC operations

• Quality Systems in biopharmaceutical industry

• Liaising with external contractors and vendors for equipment issues and improvement initiatives

• Project execution, stakeholder management

About you 

• Bachelor's degree course in Engineering 

• A curious individual with strong interest in Utilities operations and Sustainability intiatives

• Strong problem-solving mindset, with excellent communication skills to share ideas and proposals

• Good stakeholder and timeline management, accountable for project deliverables.
