Work alongside the Regional Learning Delivery Management team for the planning, implementation and management of  ILT/VILT* delivery processes according to the new Learning Delivery Core Model and support the learning logistics administration

About Job

Scope of work applies to all the assigned country & learning institutes.

1) Learning Delivery effectiveness

  • Entry point for requests coming from internal and external customers, dealing with registration information and status.

  • Partners with Learning Business Partner to understand program session details.

  • Transmits the training needs expressed by the business or the LBP to NIIT for integration into the system and management of the implementation.

  • Works closely with the Regional Learning Manager to coordinate the planning of training, ensuring that NIIT takes into account the constraints and availability of the business and the training centers.

  • Ensures the follow-up of the activity, with NIIT and the business during regular meetings,

  • Coordinates the administrative organisation of training actions:

  • Works closely with vendors & remote/virtual extended learning coordinators for successful implementation of the Learning Delivery Management Target Operating Model.

  • Organizes and prepares course location, equipment and preparation.

Data management with predefined data reporting

  • Handle audit enquiries on delivery aspects. Partner with learning process outsourcing vendors to provide of learning data for audit exercise.

Learning Delivery Transformation

  • Support integration plan to transition other learning institute towards centralized Learning Delivery operating model for the assigned country/region.

  • Partners with Learning Business Partner to understand program session details.

  • Acts as a SPOC for addressing employee inquiries.

  • Helps with the designing, development and implementation,monitoringandoptimizationofbusinesstrainingplans

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Effective written and verbal English

  • Experience and knowledge in sessions management, learning systems and continuous improvement

  • Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal communications

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Results and detail orientation via proven project management and execution

  • Ability to work and collaborate in a matrix, international, virtual and diverse environment with different time zones

  • Genuine interest in learning deployment and quality improvement

  • Some experience in managing project with intact team or outsourced resource is a plus point

  • Mobile to travel to various sites whenever required

About You

  • Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience is a requirement

  • Soft skills: Customer service experience, Good communication skills (both verbal and written), Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner, Team player, able to collaborate transversally with SBS and Digital teams, Proactive and problem-solving mindset

  • Technical skills:

·MS Office knowledge

·Experience in incident management tools

  • Partners with Learning Business Partner to understand program session details.

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration or equivalent.
