- 沟通能力：具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力，能够清晰表达分析结论
- 工作态度：工作认真负责，具备较强的自驱力与学习能力
- 实习时间：每周可保证至少 4 天到岗实习，实习期不少于 6 个月
