Country Quality in Sanofi is responsible to define, implement, manage, and control the Country Quality System to ensure the quality of products and services at market level and to guarantee compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and the Sanofi QMS.
It covers GxP and Health-Regulated processes and activities to ensure that safe and efficient quality products, information and services are made available to meet patients and customers’ needs.
Its Quality Management System covers activities related, but not limited to Distribution activities, Medical, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, product quality management that are conducted in country level.
In this position you will be able to act as a Sr Quality Analyst and provide support as Business Quality representative in commercial operations, acting in transversal activities and interacting with several areas in routine.

Main responsibilities:
- To ensure maintenance and improvement of the Country Quality system in Brazil.
- Support all concerned country functions (responsible for Good Practices - GxP and health regulated activities), ensuring safe and efficient quality products, information and services are made available to meet patients and customers’ needs.
- Carry out activities to support and maintain a Country Quality system for GxP and health-regulated activities, related to:
- Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
- Quality Documents Managements (SOPs)
- Personnel Qualification and GxP Trainings,
- Deviation and Corrective-Preventive Actions (CAPA),
- Change Control
- Recall
- Product Shortage events
- Computerized Systems GxP compliance
- Country Quality Performance Indicators (QPI) Management
- Qualification and quality oversight of GxP subcontractors, including audits
- Quality Agreements Management
- Quality risk management
- Product Complaints Handling
- Support in audits and inspections.
- Quality and Transversal projects and
- And others Quality Management System related topics.
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
- Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the aim of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activities.
- Support Sanofi Diversity & Inclusion strategy and initiatives to ensure all employees and partners are treated with respect and receive equal opportunities.
About you
Experience:
- At least 3 years of working in pharmaceutical companies, specifically at Quality Supply Chain, Quality, Clinical Studies Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs or Medical.
Technical skills:
- Knowledge of international and local regulations, guides and good practices related to the country's operations relevant to its activities.
- An active CRF is mandatory.
