This strategic role represents an opportunity for experienced pharmaceutical marketing professionals who want to make a direct impact in one of the most specialized areas of the industry: Rare Diseases. The Senior Product Manager will lead the Fabrazyme brand and associated initiatives, ensuring the definition and execution of robust strategies to sustain performance, drive access, education, and generate long-term demand across Brazil.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the brand’s annual marketing plan, leveraging patient journeys, competitive intelligence, data analytics and healthcare ecosystem insights.
  • Ensure strong lifecycle management of the brand, maintaining a clear strategic roadmap for short-, mid- and long-term value generation.
  • Collaborate closely with Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Digital, Legal, and Commercial to drive consistent and impactful implementation.
  • Lead omnichannel strategies and content excellence across platforms and stakeholders (including physicians, payers, and patient organizations).
  • Monitor and analyze market dynamics and performance KPIs, applying a test-and-learn mindset to refine tactics and ensure agility.
  • Foster a robust understanding of the patient pathway and build differentiated value propositions for each key segment.
  • Manage promotional budget and forecast with financial discipline and strategic prioritization.
  • Act as brand champion in regional and global forums, contributing local perspectives and influencing the broader franchise direction.
  • Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
  • Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the aim of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activities.
  • Support Sanofi Diversity & Inclusion strategy and initiatives to ensure all employees and partners are treated with respect and receive equal opportunities.

About you


Experience

  • Strong experience in pharmaceutical marketing and brand management.
  • Proven track record in strategic lifecycle planning and sustainable demand generation.
  • Experience in rare diseases or specialty care is highly valued.
  • Background in access and stakeholder engagement is a plus.

Technical and soft skills

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to lead complex projects in matrix organizations with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, KPIs, segmentation, and data utilization.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical thinking combined with creativity and innovation.
  • High resilience, adaptability, and patient-centricity.

Education

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA is considered an asset.

Languages

  • Fluent English (required)
