A Unidade de Negócio de Oncologia/Hematologia está lançando em escala global novas alternativas de tratamento do Mieloma Múltiplo. É uma posição com o propósito de promover uma mudança significativa na vida dos pacientes e com oportunidades de exposição, desenvolvimento e aprendizado acelerado.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Mapeamento de hospitais, clínicas, organizações e stakeholders potenciais para os produtos da Hematologia;
- Realizar promoção técnica-científica do produto através de comunicação adequada aos stakeholders, seguindo as estratégias estabelecidas por Marketing e Vendas;
- Atingir os indicadores de performance estabelecidos para o território, incluindo demanda, visitação médica e market share;
- Desenvolver plano de negócios para as principais contas-chave do seu setor, considerando o potencial de atendimento, principais convênios e Market share dos competidores;
- Definir objetivos desafiadores quantitativos e qualitativos com prazos e priorizar a execução das atividades de impacto para o negócio;
- Acompanhar os estoques/demanda das contas-chave mensalmente;
- Manter-se alinhado com os times Comercial, Acesso, Medical e demais áreas que interajam com a conta a fim de implementar as estratégias da Sanofi para o cliente;
- Registrar as visitas médicas em plataforma de CRM diariamente, enviando periodicamente os relatórios nos prazos acordados com o gestor;
- Ser propositivo e colaborativo na execução do plano integrado de contas;
- Participar de congressos e eventos virtual ou presencialmente;
- Estimular trabalho em equipe em todas as organizações que atua;
- Dar suporte a transformação cultural e digital dentro da Sanofi;
- Manter o conhecimento e cumprir com os princípios de Ética e Integridade, políticas da Sanofi e códigos de conduta que regulam o mercado farmacêutico.
- Cumprir e promover as políticas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (HSE) da Sanofi, com objetivo de prevenir ocorrência de acidentes, evitar riscos para a saúde, promover o bem-estar dos colaboradores e reduzir os impactos ambientais resultantes da execução de atividades do trabalho.
- Apoiar a estratégia e as iniciativas de Diversidade e Inclusão da Sanofi para assegurar que todos os colaboradores e parceiros sejam tratados com respeito e recebam oportunidades iguais.
Sobre Você
Para ser bem-sucedido neste cargo, precisamos de candidatos com os seguintes requisitos
- Experiência: Sólida experiência no mercado de Oncologia/Hematologia, preferencialmente na área de Hematologia;
- Conhecimento dos sistemas de saúde brasileiro; mecanismos de reembolso do sistema privado e SUS;
- Competências técnicas e pessoais: Habilidades de planejamento estratégico, negociação, execução, colaboração, comunicação e tomada de decisão; Conhecimentos em ferramentas de auditorias do segmento;
Conhecimento do MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, e PowerPoint);
Experiência nas áreas: Acesso, Comercial e Médica, será considerado como um diferencial;
Flexível para testar diferentes modelos de promoção, incluindo approach digital;
Posição integral, disponibilidade para viagens;
- Formação acadêmica: Superior completo; desejável pós-graduação
- Línguas: Inglês intermediário ou avançado será considerado como diferencial
