Main responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and institutions to share balanced, high-quality scientific information on AT1D, including disease staging, screening, diagnosis, and disease-modifying treatment approaches.
• Plan and facilitate local scientific meetings, hospital staff meetings, webinars, and other medical education activities in line with the Country Medical Plan and Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
• Develop and execute individual stakeholder engagement plans aligned with identified scientific needs and the AT1D Medical Plan.
• Generate high-value, actionable insights on unmet medical needs, patient identification, treatment barriers, and evidence gaps – and propose appropriate solutions.
• Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information and support investigators in Independent Investigator Research (IIR) submissions and local advisory board activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, RWE, HEVA, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Market Access, and Commercial teams, ensuring full compliance with company, industry, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of customer engagements through CRM tools to support reporting and insight generation.

About you

• Education: MD, Pharmacy degree, or postgraduate-level science qualification.
• Experience: Proven background in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning within a medical or scientific field; experience in the AT1D or broader diabetes/immunology therapeutic area is a plus.
• Technical skills: Strong scientific communication skills; familiarity with CRM tools; ability to leverage multiple channels and formats to maximize stakeholder impact.
• Soft skills: Strategic thinking, business acumen, learning agility, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset across functions and teams.
• Languages: Arabic (required); advanced spoken and written English (required).
