Main responsibilities:

• Discover insights and foresight using multiple sources including direct customer contact, field visits, field force feedback, market research, and trends analysis to understand patients, prescribers, and payers within a competitive context.
• Conduct business assessments to understand brand and portfolio competitiveness, aligning growth opportunities with regional and global brand strategy.
• Develop and validate a differentiated brand positioning and value proposition, building credible competitor strategies and the scientific evidence to support brand differentiation.
• Develop the brand marketing plan in alignment with local, regional, and global strategies, driving tailored route-to-market strategies for new launches and monitoring KPIs to assess product performance.
• Design integrated brand campaigns combining detail aids, disease-state awareness, local and international congresses, and external expert programs, ensuring new launches follow launch excellence and governance practices.
• Develop a deep understanding of payers and regulators, formulating competitive pricing strategies and evidence-based access plans in coordination with clinical development.
• Design, plan, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, driving a comprehensive Go-to-Market agenda across all digital touchpoints.
• Develop and lead engagement plans with External Experts and thought leaders (KOLs) in alignment with Medical counterparts, positioning Sanofi as a partner of choice.
• Lead and develop the Key Account Manager team, driving performance management, training, and talent retention to build a high-performing, purpose-driven team.
• Manage full A&P and P&L responsibility with cost-conscious expenditure and resource allocation to ensure healthy business return on investment.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 8 years of total pharmaceutical experience.
• Vaccines experience is mandatory; experience within the Greater Gulf region is a strong advantage.
• KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement experience is mandatory.
• High learning agility with the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities; proactive with a sense of urgency and strong leadership effectiveness in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and planning capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), along with forecasting, planning, and budgeting expertise.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmacy or Medicine; MBA or an academic marketing degree is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
