Location: Reading, UK

Working Pattern: 3 days onsite in Reading, 2 days remote per week

As Brand Manager within our Marketing team, you'll drive strategic brand growth through comprehensive planning, integrated campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration that delivers meaningful impact for patients and healthcare professionals. You'll lead market analysis, develop go-to-market strategies, and execute with clarity and courage—making bold decisions, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring every initiative aligns with our mission to improve patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies that drive growth, identify market opportunities, and keep us competitive

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, working with creative teams to bring brand ideas to life

• Manage product launches from planning through market introduction, ensuring successful rollout and adoption

• Partner across sales, research, regulatory, and medical teams to align brand messaging with product capabilities and patient needs

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to strengthen brand credibility

• Monitor brand performance and market trends, using data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed

• Champion clear planning, decisive action, and cross-functional collaboration to turn brand initiatives into results

About You

• You have a track record in brand management, marketing strategy, or a related field where you've successfully developed and launched campaigns or brand initiatives

• You turn strategy into action—you set priorities, make decisions, and follow through with discipline and accountability

• You bring fresh thinking to marketing challenges and aren't afraid to try new approaches

• You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken, to work effectively across our global organization
