Job title: Quality Business Partner

About the job

The Quality team, led by the Country Quality Head, is dedicated to ensuring quality excellence and compliance across the full product lifecycle.

This includes the management of quality systems, oversight of distribution operations, as well as all quality assurance activities such as batch release, change control, deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and quality audits.

In addition to quality oversight, the team is responsible for the review and approval of quality documentation, procedures, and specifications, ensuring alignment with local and international quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.

We provide expert quality guidance to both internal and external stakeholders and maintain high-quality documentation within the Quality Management System.

By actively contributing to both local and global projects, the team plays a key role in the continuous improvement of quality processes, reinforcing the company's commitment to ethical standards, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage quality systems and oversee distribution operations, including batch release, change control, deviations, CAPA, and quality audits
• Review and approve quality documentation, procedures, and specifications in line with GMP and GDP requirements
• Provide expert quality guidance to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain high-quality documentation within the Quality Management System
• Contribute to local and global projects, driving continuous improvement of quality processes in support of regulatory compliance and patient safety

About you

• Education: University degree in pharmacy (preferred), Life Sciences, or a related field
• Technical skills:
• 5 years of experience in the field of quality management
• Solid knowledge of GxP - understanding of pharmaceutical Good Practices and regulatory and compliance requirements
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Pharmaceutical Distribution
• Ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulation and guidelines
• Problem-solving capabilities – able to analyze situations requiring issue resolution and implement effective solutions
• o   Quality System Management - Expertise in providing guidance on Quality Systems and Quality Risk Management
• Familiarity with Quality platforms and document management systems:
• Veeva Vault (QualiPso), SAP
