Your job, as Head of SMS AREA & KSOL & KPI & Performance Analytics within our M&S China-Beijing Site, will be to making best class medicines with excellent strategies and tools and delivering them to our patients.

Main responsibilities职责描述:
Leading site performance monitoring and reporting
• Own and maintain performance KPIs and site scorecard (incl. Modernization Index and milestone adherence for main projects)
• Ensure consistency with global KPIs definition, as well data accuracy.
Develop/implement local KPIs when required by specific priorities/initiatives
• Drive data collection process and communicate results in a timely manner vs. local /global calendars
• Provide input to site and above site performance reviews by creating/updating dashboards and visual supports to performance dialogues
• Support Strat Plan and Budget process with relevant data / analyses
• Contribute to site strategy cascading: selection of site CBNs / priorities and associated KPIs, support cascading to levels L2 / L1
Manage performance data & systems
• Own and maintain 3P, ensuring adoption, accuracy of content, and consistency with Global SMS policies
• Monitor coherence between impact of performance actions and financial results.
Ensure 3P-P&L alignment with site Finance e.g. through regular touchpoints
• Lead benchmarking processes, by being the contact point for POBOS, both internally (i.e., SMU generator) and externally (i.e., data collection) and for all other benchmarking initiative (e.g., ABC, St. Gallen, etc.)
• Ensure data quality for global performance dashboards / systems (e.g., Plai, SMS Cockpit, etc.), acting as local contact point
Driving data analytics to enable process improvement
• Continuously monitor performance and analyse KPIs to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
• Connect performance data with other datasets (e.g., QualiPSO, SAP, etc.), explore correlations, check hypotheses, discover opportunities
• Prepare deep-dive analyses and data visualization to engage stakeholders in problem resolution and/or process improvement
• Provide analytical support to ad-hoc performance initiatives (e.g., diagnostics) to validate hypotheses with data
• Create specific dashboard/tools (e.g., PowerBI) to enable and monitor the execution of specific performance initiatives
Promoting data analytics at site level
• Train / coach staff on the importance of KPIs and how to use performance data effectively by conducting workshops to enhance the analytical skills
• Act as a role model for “speaking with data”
• Promote the use of effective visual communication and data visualization
Driving performance initiatives and problem solving
• Driving performance & transformation initiatives (e.g., boosters, etc.)
• Leading problem-solving session leveraging existing SMS tools as GPS3
About you 任职资格:
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a Pharma/Bio setting, preferably within Manufacturing & Supply
• Successful, multi-year track-record of managing complex, cross-functional projects / programs with problem solving mindset
• Experience of operational excellence techniques and performance improvement projects
• Understanding of key financial processes & systems
•Experience in transformation and change management
• Experience in an environment connected with supplier topics would be a plus
Soft skill: Good communication and collaboration
Technical skill:
• Knowledge of SMS operating standards (certification) & main Operational Excellence techniques (e.g., GPS3, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, CI, etc.)
• Understand finance P&L monitoring, BOI, GM, COGs, cash flow, …
• Good understanding of data management & IA digital products embedded into the SMS operating standards (e.g. eOEE, FaCT, iOBeya, …)
• Either technical background (e.g.: manufacturing, engineering, Pharmacotechnical), or procurement/ negotiation/ sourcing background, or roles requiring strong analytical skills (e.g.: finance, audit)
• Strong command of data analytics/data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, QlikSense, etc.)
• Knowledge of big data analytics (e.g., Datalake, Snowflake, Core Models, etc.)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
Languages: Fluent English in verbal & written.
