• Collaborer avec les responsables produit du pôledigital et les aider à intégrer les meilleures pratiques en matière d'accessibilité numérique dans leur processus de développement web
• Accompagner la formation et l'intégration des nouveaux utilisateurs à nos outils d'accessibilité numérique.
• Participerà la gestion etrépondreaux questions etdemandesreçuesconcernantl'accessibiliténumériqueafind'aiderlescollaborateursà adopter lesmeilleurespratiques.
• Contribuerausuividesprogrèset de lamaturitédel'adoptiondel'accessibiliténumérique chez Sanofi.
• Collaborerà lacréationderessourcessurl'accessibiliténumérique,tellesquedes directives, des guides pratiques, des articles, desvidéosetd'autressupportsconnexes,afindesoutenirla formation descollègues.

Main responsibilities:
Collaborate and support product owners within Digital in adopting digital accessibility best practices into their web development process.
Support the trainingand onboardingofnew usersto our Digital Accessibility tools
Take part to the managementand answer incoming digital accessibility questions and requests to support employees in adopting best practices.
Contribute to the tracking ofthe progress and maturity of Sanofi’s adoption of digital accessibility
Collaborate for the creation ofdigital accessibility resources such as guidelines, how-to guides, articles, videos, and other related materials to support the education of fellow employees.
Bring your contribution to raise awareness of our activities and achievements through promotions and communications across different channels.
About you
Soft and technical skills:Organisation,autonomyand curiosity. Knowledge of web content and development web tools. Interest in digital project and agility
Education:Bac+5 in digital management, UX/UIdesignor web content
