In this context, Sanofi is recruiting Digital Development DEVAI – DigitalProduct Owner.

About the job

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead an initiative with the potential to deeply transform trial design & simulation, significantly impact cycle time and trial cost. This is a key opportunity to envision and build truly revolutionary products, working alongside a dedicated team of highly talented individuals focused on building a next-gen Study design platform, to make personalized medicine a reality.

In this role you will, your mission is to spearhead the conception and creation of the DEVAI products – a paradigm-shifting platform set to fundamentally transform how therapies are developed and delivered

• Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspective
• Defining the strategic roadmap, key capabilities, and phased approach for building the DEVAI ecosystem, navigating significant scientific and technological frontiers
• Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments
• Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint
• Manage backlog prioritization of work
• Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues
• Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible
• Champion the vision across the organization, ensuring buy-in and collaboration with key scientific, technical, and business stakeholders
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, extensibility, etc 
• Conduct peer reviews for quality, consistency, and rigor for production level solution
• Actively contribute to Digital Product Owner community and define leading practices and frameworks
• Remain up to date on the company’s standards, industry practices and emerging technologies

About you

Experience:

• Product management or building complex digital solutions, with 5+ years of experience in product management
• Experience in a healthcare company building Digital products in the Development space is a strong plus 

Soft skills:

• Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision
• Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
• Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams
• Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with “get things done” mindset
• Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills
• Strong project management skills

Technical skills:

• Solid knowledge and experience of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
• Experience in AI/GenAI model industrialization is a strong plus

Education:

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
