Study Design is one of the Key Digital Product, with a bold ambition to transform study design, to leverage all available data and breakthrough technologies to streamline and optimize study designs and accelerate cycle times, improve patient burden, site complexity and overall cost.

In this role you will lead an initiative with the potential to redefine clinical development: the Digital Patient Twin. This is a key opportunity to envision and build a truly revolutionary platform, working alongside a dedicated team of highly talented individuals focused on building a Digital Patient Twin platform, to transition to In-Silico trials and make personalized medicine a reality. Your mission is to spearhead the conception and creation of the Digital Patient Twin – a paradigm-shifting platform set to fundamentally transform how therapies are developed and delivered.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee a high-performing team delivering cutting-edge solutions. Define product strategies and champion a culture of innovation

• Ensure feature prioritization, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies

• Spearhead portfolio Governance with senior Business and Digital leadership

• Lead Pod staffing/budget to secure value delivery and key outputs

• Drive standardization of processes, tools, and technologies across the Accelerator teams

• Promote skill enhancement, knowledge sharing, and professional growth

About you

You’ll have significant experience in Product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company.

As well as experience of:

• AI/GenAI model industrialization

• Defining an executing product strategies and roadmaps which deliver measurable resultsaligned with business objectives

• Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design, and Integration

• Making commercially and strategically sound decisions

You’ll also need the following skills and qualifications:

• Fluent in English and French

• Excellent communication and presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders

• Track-record of problem-solving and overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment

• Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills

• Strong project management skills

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
