Job Title: Quality Control Analyst - QC Raw Materials

Location: Northborough, MA

The Quality Control Raw Materials Department is responsible for the testing of Raw Materials and Components for use at Sanofi Massachusetts manufacturing sites. The department is responsible for the management and continuous improvement for control, testing, and inspection of raw materials. A Quality Control Analyst will be expected to successfully execute the responsibilities relating to sampling, testing, and inspection of Raw Material lots.

**This is an onsite role, Monday - Friday, dayshift. **

Main Responsibilities:

• Executing analytical testing in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to the committed scheduled plans

• Maintaining on time completion of all training requirements

• Performing tasks in accordance with cGMP and HSE requirements, and with the associated instructions, procedures, records, related to these tasks.

• Performing QC Data Review of executed tests by other analysts and external contract laboratories in a timely manner with a high attention to detail.

• Executing assigned CAPAs related to remediation plans and Continuous Improvements

• Actively participating in compliance events such as Deviations and Investigations

• Coordinating logistics and communication with contract testing laboratories for supplier certification testing.

About You

Expected Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with laboratory instrumentation such as, but not limited to, pH, GC, UPLC, UV/VIS, FTIR, ICP-MS

• Experience working in a clean room environment with aseptic techniques

Expected Technical Skills:

• Ability to analyze complex data and laboratory results to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement

• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Proficiency in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to resolve Quality Control problems

Special Working Conditions:

• Ability to perform tasks in a Quality Control Laboratory environment with hazardous chemicals and capable of lifting at least 10 pounds. Ability to enter into controlled environments following proper gowning protocols. May be required to pass vision exam to perform specific responsibilities.
