部門について
製造部は生産部門成田工場に属しており、一般用医薬品の製造から包装までを行っています。製造部は製造グループ1,製造グループ2、包装グループ、生産技術グループの4つの課に分かれています。今回の募集ポジションではスタッフマネジャーとして、製造、もしくは包装のグループマネジャーの補佐として活躍頂きます。入社後1~2年以内にはグループマネジャーとして組織をリードしていくことを期待しています。
Main responsibilities:
主な職責
1.GMPを順守した生産管理
- 適正品質を確保し、製品を安定的に製造供給する。グループの適正な人員配置については日常的にGMをサポートし、GM不在時にはそれを代行する。
- 異常発生時の状況報告を受け、復旧のための適切な指図・計画を与える指示系統については日常的にGMをサポートし、GM不在時にはそれを代行する。
- 各種適格性評価及びValidation業務に関わる、申請書類の確認については日常的にGMをサポートし、GM不在時にはそれを代行する。
- GMP関連書類の照査については日常的にGMをサポートし、GM不在時にはそれを代行する。
- サノフィの品質方針に基づきGMPに適合する製造機械・設備を構築し、維持管理する。
2.人事労務管理
- 目標達成のための十分なリソースの確保と、最適なリソースの計画を策定する。
- 課員の労務管理を行う。
- 各グループとの調整のもと適正な体制をつくり、効率的な生産業務を遂行する。
- 課員のエンゲージを高める。
- 人材育成を行う
3.安全衛生管理
- 労働環境に関わる方針やガイドラインを実行する。
- 立案した方針やガイドラインを遵守する。
- 環境保護に努め、課員の労働安全を確保する。
- 労働災害防止のための教育及び各室内の巡回パトロール時の指摘事項に対する改善状況を確認する。
4.財務管理
- 投資案件の遂行
- 年度予算通りの経費管理を実行する。必要に応じて経費削減に取り組む。
- 中長期の投資計画の策定
5.業務改善を実現する
- 生産性向上のための施策を実現する。Project及び改善提案を推進し、またその方法などを指導する。
6.品質管理
- 品質マネジメントシステムを準拠した活動を維持・向上させる。
- グループ内のクオリティカルチャーの醸成
- 社内外のAuditでは業務全般に対して質疑応答を実施。また、指摘事項について業務改善を実行する。
- クレーム回答書の調査・作成指示及び最終版の確認と報告については日常的にGMをサポートし、GM不在時にはそれを代行する。
About you
必須要件
- GMP管理下の工場にて生産現場のマネジャーの経験を3年以上有し、上記の1-6のうち3つ以上の経験がある。
- ビジネスでの英語使用経験を有する。
優遇要件
- 医薬品の工場の生産マネジャーの経験
- 英語にアレルギーのない方
- グローバルと協働したプロジェクトをリードした経験
