Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer engagement plans aligned with brand strategy and business priorities across the assigned area.
- Translate commercial and marketing strategies into actionable field initiatives that enhance customer experience and business performance.
- Partner closely with field teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive seamless execution and customer-centric outcomes.
- Leverage performance metrics, customer insights, and campaign analytics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate omnichannel engagement activities, ensuring consistent customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Support regional events, speaker programs, and strategic engagement initiatives while ensuring effective budget management.
- Foster agile ways of working, collaboration, and talent development to build a high-performing and future-ready team.
About You
- Experience in commercial excellence, product management, customer engagement planning, sales leadership, or related pharmaceutical commercial roles.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience using data and analytics to drive commercial decisions and improve performance.
- Understanding of omnichannel customer engagement and customer-centric commercial models.
- Strong communication, influencing, and project management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
