About the Job
SANOFI VACCINES, NORTH AMERICA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health System & Organized Customer Brand Liaison to lead all coordination and strategy between our health system marketing team and the brand and portfolio marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, possess exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities, have account management and customer experience, brand marketing experience and demonstrate a track record of driving successful marketing initiatives. As a Director, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive B2B customer strategies, contribute to brand promotional development, and play a key role in driving business growth. This is a remote role.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the coordination, strategy, and execution between all brand marketing teams and the health system/account management team. This important role will liaise with the Marketing organization on a daily basis and serve as a single point of contact between these two very large and complex organizations.
Facilitate Health Information technology focus areas and B2B partnerships based on the brand leverage points across the Vaccine portfolio.
Lead the incorporation of brand strategies into the broader health system and channel (W/D, GPO, PBG) strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive large organized customer (LOC) marketing strategies to promote our healthcare products/services and achieve brand objectives
Lead and conduct thorough market research to service our brands and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.
Lead the coordination with brand marketing teams to ensure content meets the needs of our LOC customers.
Drive the development of creative and compelling brand marketing materials for our LOCs, including promotional content that is both digital and technology forward
Monitor and analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
Stay abreast of industry trends, healthcare regulations, and emerging marketing strategies to drive innovation and ensure our brands are aligned
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Collaborate with the broader health system marketing team in developing and implementing marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting on marketing performance.
About You
THE SKILL AND CAPABILITIES
Vast understanding of healthcare Industry, health systems, W/Ds, GPOs, PBGs, and key functional areas within a health system and other channel partners
Knowledge of Sanofi vaccine brands
Demonstrate outside in marketing and ensure our brands are tied to customer care about
Aggregate and package up digestible and actionable customer insights to share back to the Brand teams.

Market Research and Analysis: The ability to conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and identify market trends and opportunities is crucial for developing effective marketing strategies.
Asset Management: Understanding how to position and manage our organizational value including messaging, identity, and maintaining value consistency across various channels.
Content Creation and Copywriting: Strong skills in creating compelling and engaging content, including writing marketing materials, social media content, and customer communication content.
Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including C-D suite leaders, healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and potential partners, to support marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
Project Management: Effectively managing marketing projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data, generating reports, and presenting insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding healthcare regulations, compliance guidelines, and ethical considerations to ensure all marketing efforts adhere to legal and industry standards.
Communication and Presentation: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex healthcare information to diverse audiences and present marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Being adaptable to changing industry trends and technologies, and demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest marketing practices in the healthcare sector.
Qualifications:
Travel up to 20% of time
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Experience:
7-10 years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices and related industries
Experience working with account management, health systems, and channel partners
7+ years of experience in marketing function
Professional Skills:
Marketing Strategy: Develop effective marketing plans and strategies to promote healthcare services or products.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, to educate and engage the target audience.
Branding and Positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for LOCs, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with internal teams and external customers
Analytical Skills: Use data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions.
Compliance and Ethics: Understand and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines specific to healthcare marketing, ensuring all marketing efforts are compliant.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and industry influencers to enhance brand reputation and partnership opportunities.
Adaptability: Stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare marketing and adapt strategies accordingly to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
