Location: Morristown, NJ
About the job
Join the team transforming how healthcare is delivered for chronic and specialty conditions worldwide. In General Medicines, you’ll help drive meaningful outcomes in diabetes, transplant, and immunology - with the scale and urgency patients deserve.
Overview:
The Gen Med Executive Associate serves as a strategic support partner to the Head of General Medicines (Gen Med) North America, one of Sanofi's most critical commercial franchises. This is not a traditional support role — it's a position for someone willing to learn the business, who anticipates needs before they arise, and helps translate leadership priorities into action across a complex, matrixed organization. The successful candidate will operate as an extension of the executive, exercising judgment, managing ambiguity, and driving operational excellence that directly enables the leadership team to focus on growth, patients, and strategic decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Head of Gen Med NA, providing context, insights, and recommendations to inform prioritization of topics and decision-making
Anticipate business needs and proactively manage competing priorities across the leadership agenda, ensuring alignment with Gen Med NA's strategic objectives
Serve as a gatekeeper and air-traffic controller for the executive's time, ensuring focus remains on the highest-impact priorities

Oversee expense management, and vendor coordination for the leadership office in compliance with Sanofi policy
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the Gen Med NA leadership office
Support workforce planning logistics, onboarding of senior hires, and organizational announcements
