Main responsibilities:

• Participate in the creation and improvement of interactive dashboards to track real-time performance   
• Take part in data management and build automation tools incorporating macros and pivot tables
• Support us in the deployment of new digital tools to facilitate platform implementation within the department
• Take part in the creation of reports tracking vendor performance and quality metrics systematically
• Collaborate to organize early phase allocation committee meetings, and preparing all necessary materials and compile data summaries and documentation 

About you

• Soft and technical skills: adaptability, team spirit, innovative. Knowledge in data analysis, data visualization. Advanced excel user and familiar with Power BI and macros
• Education: master’s degree in data science, business analytics, statistics or business intelligence
• Languages: english intermediate

Principales responsabilités :

• Participer à la création et à l'amélioration de tableaux de bord interactifs afin de suivre les performances en temps réel
• Participer à la gestion des données et au développement d’outils d'automatisation par le biais de macros et de tableaux croisés dynamiques
• Prendre part au déploiement de nouveaux outils digitaux afin de faciliter l'implémentation de plateformes au sein du département
• Apporter votre support à la création de rapports de suivi des performances des fournisseurs ainsi qu’aux indicateurs qualité
• Contribuer à l'organisation de réunions du comité d'allocation de phase précoce, en préparant les matériaux nécessaires et en compilant les résumés de données et la documentation

• Compétences techniques et relationnelles : adaptabilité, esprit d'équipe, créativité. Connaissances en analyse et visualisation de données, maîtrise avancée d'Excel et de Power BI et des macros
• Éducation : bac+5 en data science, statistique, ingénierie
• Langues : anglais intermédiaire
