Le Responsable Commercial Régional, Respiratoire est un poste sur le terrain couvrant la région décrite ci-dessus. À ce poste, vous serez chargé de diriger avec succès une équipe de 8 à 9 responsables de comptes clés, en promouvant Dupixent dans les indications respiratoires sur un marché hautement concurrentiel. Vous serez appelé à diriger et motiver avec succès votre équipe pour exécuter la stratégie de vente nationale, en soutenant les initiatives énoncées dans le plan de la marque.

À propos de Dupixent

Dupixent (dupilumab) est un anticorps monoclonal entièrement humain qui inhibe la signalisation des voies de l’interleukine-4 (IL-4) et de l’interleukine-13 (IL-13) et n’est pas un immunosuppresseur. L’IL-4 et l’IL-13 sont des facteurs clés et centraux de l’inflammation de type 2 qui jouent un rôle majeur dans les affections dermatologiques, respiratoires, rhinologiques et gastro-entérologiques.

Principales responsabilités:

  • Accompagner, former, développer et diriger une équipe de représentants spécialisés (responsables grands comptes).

  • Responsable de la supervision de tous les aspects des ventes, de la gestion des marchés, du développement des conférenciers/leaders d’opinion locaux, de la programmation promotionnelle et de la gestion du budget pour votre région.

  • Élaborer des plans de développement régionaux basés sur les objectifs de vente nationaux, les attentes et les ressources disponibles, y compris les stratégies et tactiques régionales et territoriales, ainsi que l’allocation des ressources.

  • Être un expert dans les données cliniques qui affectent la promotion actuelle du produit, l’état de la maladie et les tendances du marché.

  • Passer beaucoup de temps sur le terrain avec les KAM afin de soutenir le développement individuel et de fournir un accompagnement, une orientation et un feedback.

  • Établir des relations de travail positives avec tous les segments clients clés (internes et externes).

  • Communiquer et collaborer avec d’autres responsables commerciaux régionaux, le marketing de la marque, les responsables du marketing client, les équipes de remboursement sur le terrain, le PSP, les affaires médicales et les équipes sur le terrain, la haute direction et tous les autres services nécessaires pour faciliter la réalisation des objectifs de vente.

  • Sous la responsabilité du directeur du marketing et des ventes, Respiratoire.

  • Collaborer avec le partenaire de co-promotion de Regeneron.

  • ~60 % de déplacements sur le territoire

À propos de vous

Qualifications de base:

  • Diplôme de licence requis, de préférence en sciences de la vie ou en commerce.

  • 7 à 10 ans d’expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique/de la santé – gestion des ventes, formation à la vente, marketing et analytique

  • 5 années d’expérience ou plus dans la vente de produits pharmaceutiques/biotechnologiques, y compris les ventes spécialisées, avec des résultats de vente réussis démontrés

  • Expérience en gestion de terrain ou expérience équivalente en leadership, avec des réalisations de vente documentées, fortement préférée

  • Capacité à voyager au quotidien dans le cadre des exigences habituelles du poste ; travail le soir et le week-end requis pour les conférences et les événements clients ; voyage supplémentaire requis pour les réunions internes/formations/programmes

  • Permis de conduire valide

  • Doit résider dans la zone géographique du territoire assigné

  • Bilingue – français et anglais

  • Une expérience dans le domaine des produits respiratoires et/ou biologiques est un atout

The Regional Business Manager (RBD), Respiratory is a field-based position covering the region described above. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully leading a team of 8-9 Key Account Managers, promoting Dupixent in Respiratory indications within a highly competitive marketplace. You will be called upon to successfully lead and motivate your team to execute the national sales strategy, supporting the initiatives set forth in the brand plan. 

About Dupixent

Dupixent (dupilumab) is a fully human monoclonal antibody that inhibits the signaling of the interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-13 (IL-13) pathways and is not an immunosuppressant. IL-4 and IL-13 are key and central drivers of the type 2 inflammation that plays a major role in dermatological, respiratory, rhinology and gastroenterology conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coach, train, develop, and lead a team of Specialty Representatives (Key Account Managers).

  • Responsible for the oversight of all aspects of sales, managed markets pull through, local speaker/thought leader development, promotional programming, and budget management for your region.

  • Develop regional business plans based on national sales goals, expectations, and available resources, including Regional and Territory strategies and tactics, as well as resource allocation.

  • Be an expert in the clinical data that affects current product promotion, disease state and market trends.

  • Spend a significant amount of time in the field with the KAMs in order to support individual development as well as provide coaching, direction and feedback.

  • Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).

  • Communicate and collaborate with other Regional Business Managers, brand marketing, customer marketing leads, field reimbursement teams, PSP, medical affairs and field teams, senior management and all other departments necessary in order to facilitate achievement of sales objectives.

  • Reports to Head of Marketing and Sales, Respiratory.

  • Partner and collaborate with Regeneron co-promote partner.

  • ~60% travel on territory

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree Required, preferably in life science or business.

  • 7-10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry – in sale management, sales training, marketing and analytics

  • 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, including specialty sales, with demonstrated successful sales results

  • Field Management experience or equivalent leadership experience, with documented sales achievements, strongly preferred

  • Ability to travel day to day as part of regular job requirements; evening and weekend work required for conferences and customer events; additional travel required for internal meetings/ training/ programs

  • Valid driver's license

  • Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory

  • Bilingual –French and English


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Respiratory, and/or biologics experience preferred

  • Strong collaboration and/or co-promote experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of the reimbursement landscape and expertise with Managed Markets pull-through highly desirable

  • Sales launch experience preferred

  • Demonstrated leadership experience

  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge

  • Team oriented; excellent general business manager

  • Creative problem solver; solutions-oriented

Location: Ontario East, Quebec and Atlantics
