Partner Market Distributors Quality Support - VIE Contract

  • Location: Italy, Milan
  • Target start date: 01/02/2026

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Main responsibilities:

Quality oversight of the contracted External Wholesale Distributors (EWD):

  • Support preparation and maintenance of documentation required to ensure quality oversight on EWD (Quality and Technical Agreements, ways of working, product list etc.).
  • Support interaction between Partner Market Distributors Quality Managers/EWD/Sanofi Hubs on Quality related topics (e.g. quality complaints, temperatures excursions etc.).
  • Contribute in organization and deliver training to EWDs on Ways of Working (WoW), tools and processes, whenever needed.
  • Assure timely recording, trending and follow-up of requested Quality KPIs (One Quad and other trackers, according QTA in place with EWD).
  • Provide transversal support to the PMD Quality Head, in order to implement sharing of good practices and operational alignment across regions.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to PMD Quality Head and Managers for deployment of assigned new and existing business initiative.
  • Support PARMENIDES tool deployment, enhancement and sharing, providing expertise and proactive communication.


Temperature Excursions Management:

  • Support Partner Market Distributors Quality Managers in the operational management of Temperature Excursions, in compliance with applicable Sanofi GOP and QTA in place with EWD.

Product Technical Complaints (PTC) and Product-related quality alerts/recall:

  • Support Partner Market Distributors Quality Managers in managing PTC and Quality Alert/Recall, according applicable Sanofi GOP and QTA in place with EWD, timely recording relevant quality information in the corresponding Sanofi Digital tools (Qualipso, etc.) and trackers, following instructions received.
  • Repackaging: Support Partner Market Distributors Quality Manager in the coordination of repackaging activities performed by the EWD in compliance with regulations and applicable Sanofi Standard. 
  • Act as Partner Markets representative in the assigned CoP (community of practice).


About you

Experience: 

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical Quality would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practice (GMP)/good distribution practices (GDP) regulation would be an asset.
  • Management of Quality Systems (standard operating procedures (SOPs)), records, deviations, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), change control, audit/inspection, annual review, computerized systems) would be a plus.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Strong MS Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Microsoft POWER BI is highly appreciated.
  • Willingness to learn new things.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, accountability for corrective actions.
  • Quick to analyze and take action.
  • Effective communication skills, both in written and verbal form.

Education:

  • Master of Pharmacy Degree or any science/medical related degree.

Languages: 

  • Fluency in English.
