Our Team

The Granulation Production team at Sanofi's Lüleburgaz Plant plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and continuity of pharmaceutical manufacturing. We operate in a dynamic, GMP-compliant environment, producing solid dosage forms for contract manufacturing, export, and domestic markets. Our team is committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture — all in service of delivering life-changing medicines to patients.

As a Granulation and Compression Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our production operations, leading a dedicated team and ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP-compliant production in line with predetermined quality standards for contract manufacturing, export, and domestic markets

• Monitor waste rates, implement reduction measures, and report findings periodically to management

• Prepare and revise production methods, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and related documentation

• Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure production equipment and facilities remain in optimal condition

• Submit monthly operational reports to management

• Ensure production follows the production schedule and procedures, and that products are delivered to the next unit on time

• Take accountability for production being carried out in accordance with methods, formulas, specifications, and quality standards — within planned quantities and timelines

• Drive efficient use of workforce, materials, machinery, and equipment

• Identify and resolve production issues to ensure uninterrupted and smooth operations

• Identify training needs of team members and make recommendations to management

• Implement occupational health and safety measures to reduce or eliminate workplace accidents

• Foster a positive team environment by prioritizing employee motivation and morale

• Support management in ensuring team members adhere to workplace rules and professional conduct standards

• Serve as a member of the ISO 50001 Energy Team

About You

• Experience: 1-3 years of production experience or pharmaceutical industry experience; prior experience in a team leadership or supervisory role is an asset

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; solution-oriented mindset; ability to motivate and develop people; collaborative approach to cross-functional work

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical production processes; familiarity with granulation and compression operations; experience with SOPs and production documentation; understanding of occupational health and safety practices

• Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry,Industrial Engineering or a related field

• Languages: Turkish required; Fluent English
