Genel Nitelikler:
* Üniversitelerin Elektrik-Elektronik Mühendisliği bölümlerinden mezun,
* İlaç sektöründe elektrik-elektronik bakım, onarım ve proje çalışmalarında en az 3 yıl tecrübeli,
* Tercihen iyi derecede İngilizce bilen,
* PLC bilgisine sahip, MS Office ve AutoCAD programlarını aktif şekilde kullanabilen,
* Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,
* B sınıfı ehliyeti olan ve aktif araç kullanabilen,
İş Tanımı :
* Makine ve yardımcı tesisler elektrik ve elektronik bakım programlarının oluşturulmasını sağlamak, takip etmek,ilgili kayıtların tutulması ve saklanmasını sağlamak.
* Üretimin kalite seviyesini etkileyen her türlü tezgâh, tesis, makine ve cihazlardaki hataların – arızaların zamanında giderilmesi için çalışmalar başlatmak ve takip etmek.
* Kalitenin korunması ve regülasyonlara uyum sağlanması amacıyla yurtiçi ve yurtdışı sağlık otoritelerinin denetimlerinde öngördüğü üzere, rutin kontrol ve elektrik bakım kayıtlarının tutulmasını, üretim ve teknik alanların GMP standartlarına uygun düzende olmasını sağlamak, kontrol etmek ve raporlamak
* Yeni servis sistemleri ve üretim ekipmanlarının beklenilen fonksyonları ve faydayı sağlamaları için montaj ve çalıştırma uygunluk testlerinin (IQ, OQ) yapıldığından, kayıt edildiğinden ve kalite gereklerine uygun olarak raporlandığından emin olmak.
* Mevcut GMP kritik servis sistemlerinin ve üretim ekipmanlarını güncel teknoloji ve kalite gerekliliklerine uygun hale getirmeye yönelik faaliyetlerini planlamak ve koordine etmek.
* Üretim ekipmanlarının üzerindeki kritik cihazların kalibrasyonlarının zamanında ve doğru olarak yapıldığını sağlamak.
