Main responsibilities:
• Identify and map key accounts and patient journeys, educating stakeholders on disease impact and treatment options
• Develop and implement tactical marketing plans aligned with local business strategy to maximize Dupixent performance and accessibility
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders to strengthen market presence
• Drive sales promotion activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while ensuring compliance with professional ethics and company regulations
• Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, assess competitive threats, and recommend timely action plans
• Conduct regular customer visits, participate in symposiums and congresses, and maintain updated CRM records and activity reports
• Assess and mitigate business risks including pricing pressures, competition, and supply alternatives while ensuring ethical conduct
About you
• Experience: Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales with strong background in Immunology and/or Specialty 3-4 years
• Soft and technical skills: Key account management, analytical thinking, project management, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and strategic planning. Results-driven with scientific acumen and collaborative mindset
• Education: BSc in Pharmacy
• Languages: (Arabic & English) is a must
