We are seeking a proactive, eager-to-learn, and highly motivated Long-Term Intern to join our Customer Service & Operations - Customer Fulfillment team. This role offers a valuable opportunity for a university student to gain hands-on experience in SAP operations, invoicing processes, order management, and cross-functional coordination.
In this position, technical knowledge is secondary to learning agility, curiosity, discipline, and a strong fit for operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily checks of invoices created in SAP, analyze errors, and coordinate resolution activities with relevant teams.
• Conduct daily review of delivery notes and perform error analysis and follow-up actions.
• Monitor invoices with missing ITS notifications and execute necessary trigger actions.
• Provide operational support for SAP invoicing processes.
• Generate and analyze reports related to customer orders and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
• Execute order analysis, grouping, and control processes in SAP for shipment preparation; share finalized shipment lists with the Distribution Center.
• Participate in meetings related to incorrect or failed invoices, follow risks, and support required reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, TRM, Distribution Center, CI2C, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Required Qualifications
• Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year university student in a relevant field.
• Strong willingness to learn, high sense of responsibility, and attention to detail; ability to work effectively in operational processes.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to prioritize and follow multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week (for an 11-months period)
