LEAP Intern - EBI

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Head of EBI Turkey in driving ethics, business integrity, and compliance initiatives across the organization. This role offers valuable exposure to corporate governance, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic communications in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and track EBI activities and initiatives
• Assist in organizing department training courses and large cross-functional meetings
• Prepare and send meeting invitations with appropriate documentation
• Provide technical support for meetings, coordinating with IT specialists when needed
• Arrange business trips for the Manager and EBI team members as required
Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain and update the EBI Dashboard
• Prepare statistical data and reports for committee meetings
• Generate advance reports for the Manager as needed
Communications & Materials Development
• Create one-pagers and other materials with professional layout and design
• Assist in preparing EBI presentations and supporting materials
• Collaborate with Internal Communications team for communications release
• Support development of EBI team communications
Technical Support
• Resolve technical issues and create IT tickets in OneSupport when necessary
• Ensure smooth technical operations for department activities
Translation & Localization
• Edit and review completed translations of department policies and procedures
• Translate updated and new Global training materials into Turkish
• Translate global communications to ensure consistent messaging across markets
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
• Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred:
• Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year university student preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Law, or related field
• Interest in ethics, compliance, and corporate governance
• Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard tools
• Experience with translation or editing
• Proactive problem-solving approach
