As Country Safety Specialist within our Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PSPV) team, you'll play a key role in protecting patients and ensuring the safe use of Sanofi's medicines across the Eurasia region. Working closely with a dedicated Eurasia team, you'll oversee local pharmacovigilance activities, contribute to benefit-risk assessments, and collaborate with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to turn safety insights into real-world impact. Main responsibilities:

●       Ensure safe use of Sanofi products by managing safety case reports, monitoring adverse events, and supporting local pharmacovigilance activities in compliance with global and local regulations

●       Support the Multi-Country Safety Head with day-to-day safety operations, including signal detection, risk management, patient support programs, and market research oversight

●       Build and maintain strong working relationships with Medical, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, Legal teams and country leadership to ensure aligned safety practices

●       Review scientific literature, prepare periodic safety reports, and contribute to benefit-risk assessments for all Sanofi products in your assigned countries

●       Help implement and monitor risk minimization measures and safety requirements for local programs, working cross-functionally to protect patient safety

●       Support pharmacovigilance training and education initiatives within the local organization, including training for service providers and partners

●       Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, taking personal accountability for compliance with Sanofi policies and relevant legal requirements

About you

• Experience: Background in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, with hands-on experience in case management, signal detection, and regulatory interactions

• Soft & technical skills:

  • Solid knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and safety data management across multiple sources

  • Ability to evaluate safety signals and support risk management activities

  • Strong communicator who can work effectively across functions and cultures in an international environment

  • Collaborative, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting

• Education: Advanced degree in a health-related field (e.g. Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences) or equivalent — essential for performing the role

• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English
