Supplier Excellence is accountable of all initiatives (including some programs) related to external spend impacting Sanofi sites performances.

Project management activities are progressed by a Project Manager, member of the Supplier Excellence Team. Due to the transversal (Cross GBU and Function) approach of these activities and the several interactions with multiple Suppliers a Project Management Office is needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • In the context of a consistent structuration of supplier excellence activities, it is required to have the support of a Program Management Officer to:

  • Support for ideation and evaluation of value-creation initiatives (including the Collaborate To Win Program) in the domain of external spend

  • Data collection and Analysis of information recovered at a manufacturing center level on yield losses, down-times and line stoppages, rejects and ejects and more generally performance losses impacting financial PnL (Profit & Losses) (including claims management).

  • Support preparation of Gemba walk and Problem-Solving session to identify the most relevant opportunities related to external spend.

  • Support the Supplier Excellence Team for global initiatives coordination.

  • Support Supplier Excellence Team members for creation, coordination, and execution of TIP (Tactical Implementation Plan) and RoadMap 

  • Support the coordination across Archetype to set-up a consistent approach (Global / GBU / sites)

  • Propose and plan meetings and different events proposed by Supplier Excellence Team.

  • Support task and action planning, with relevant monitoring & follow up meetings.

  • Ensure regular & ad hoc reporting (e.g. via scorecards & dashboards) by means of specific management tools

Main Interactions:

  • GBU Supplier Excellence Representatives

  • Third Party Quality Representatives

  • Global Devices & Packaging Unit Representatives

  • Cross functional team members (e.g. Local and global Quality Representatives, SMEs in Operations and Technologies)

  • Key Supplier Operation Leaders

Deliverables:

  • Set of standard documents (ppt, Excel…) to support Program coordination and Community of Excellence management (e.g. Concept ID Card, Initiative Opportunity Charter)

  • Key Supplier Operation Leaders

  • Planning, coordination; meeting minutes

  • Action log Tracker

  • Project Steering committees’ presentations (contributions)

  • Program Metrics / KPI (update)

About you:

  • Experience: Overall, 8-12 years of experience with 1-3years of experience in Pharmaceutical Companies, Primary Components/Medical Devices Manufacturing companies in Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Excellence or Supplier Excellence. Basic Knowledge of key financial principles applied to a real-world context; pharmaceutical Quality Systems applied to a real-world context. Basic education to Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Yellow Belt, Green Belt is a plus) with some practical application to a real-world context is a plus, experience in project launching and team working with an efficient communication. Transversal cooperation & teamwork mindset.

  • Soft skills: Good writing and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proactive communication style with good problem-solving abilities

  • Technical skills:Mastery of Windows Office applications, with a strong focus on Power point effective presentation and PowerBI.

  • Education: Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Technologies, or Engineering (L3 or BUT, M2 is a plus)

  • Languages: Fluent professional English (written and spoken)
