About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) technical lead within the Digital Technology Enablement, Enterprise Access Management organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Saviynt configurations and implementations, with a focus on API implementations using standard languages. This is a critical role in leading the development and implementation of centralized and harmonized enterprise user access management product for Sanofi business application. The objective is to develop a Harmonized and Centralized Access Management solution with robust compliance capabilities.  ​

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Saviynt workflows and platform.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade RESTful and SOAP APIs using industry-standard languages (Python, Java, Node.js, C#).
• Define and enforce API governance standards, including versioning strategies, security protocols, and lifecycle management through API Gateway implementations
• Partner with solution architects, product owners, and senior business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable integration architectures
• Lead coordination efforts across multiple application teams to ensure integration implementations align with enterprise standards and architectural principles
• Facilitate technical discussions and provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) and contribute to delivery pipelines via JIRA.
• Create and maintain technical specifications documentation
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements (JIRA Enablers)
• Execute deployment and change management processes using both manual and automated DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub, Terraform)

About You

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 3-6 years of experience in Saviynt configurations and implementations.
  • Hands-on experience in API development and application integration.
  • Proven experience building REST/SOAP APIs in one or more standard languages: Python, Java, Node.js, or C#.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub and Terraform
  • Experience with ISPM for reporting, dashboard creation, and analytics
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub and Terraform
  • Strong working experience with regulated environment preferably in pharmaceutical industries.
  • Good understanding of SOX and GxP.
• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Saviynt Advanced IGA certification (preferred)
• Functional & Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of
    • User Access Management.
    • Role based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
    • User Access Review
    • Segregation of Duties (SOD).
    • Role Catalog
    • On-Off boarding of users.
  • Integration of Saviynt with SAP for access management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. 
  • Good understanding of Confluence, JIRA, & XRAY.
• Business Acumen:
  • Strong understanding of IGA domain.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements).
• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working cross-functional teams to support solutions of complex data architecture problems   
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
