In the context of our digital transformation, we are upgrading High Radius Cloud to support Customer Invoicing to Cash activities and more specifically Collections and Cash Application management. We are now enhancing this platform with advanced automation and analytics capabilities to drive collector efficiency, improve DSO performance, and deliver operational excellence across 80+ countries. Reporting to the Global Process Lead of Customer Invoice to Cash and supported by Analysts, the HighRadius Collections & Cash Application Business System Owner Manager is responsible for the global solution from a business standpoint.

Main responsibilities:

  • She/he is responsible for leveraging HighRadius Cloud solution capabilities, including automation and AI-driven analytics, to bring the highest value possible to Collections and Cash Application activities on a daily basis. She/he oversees business activities in the context of the HighRadius upgrade across 80+ countries to drive collector adoption, reduce DSO, and improve cash application automation, in collaboration with K-users, Digital, and the HighRadius vendor. She/he represents the single point of contact of the GPO organization toward our Digital team and HighRadius. She/he is responsible for solution and user expertise sustainability by monitoring global adoption (target: 85%+ daily collector login) and platform performance.

  • She/he supervises a team of Analysts. This role requires a strong understanding of Collections and Cash Application processes within the Order to Cash cycle, a problem resolution mindset, and deep knowledge of HighRadius Cloud (Collections and Cash Application modules), SLA governance, and project management across large-scale global deployments. Responsible to optimize HighRadius Cloud capabilities associated to Collections and Cash Application processes: Partners with the Customer Invoicing to Cash GPO, Global Process Leads (GPLs), and relevant stakeholders to enhance and enrich the existing HighRadius Cloud solution for Collections and Cash Application. Secures business requirements definition to bring detailed business specifications to Digital and HighRadius for configuration and build.

  • Consults with the GPLs to assess and anticipate current and future capability requirements and develops a long-term plan with aligned priorities across 80+ countries. Brings benchmark and best practices to promote and develop use of the HighRadius solution, including Hackett Group peer benchmarking.

  • Understands HighRadius Cloud platform trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging functionalities to enable evolving collection operating models and improve DSO and cash application outcomes. Identifies opportunities to implement advanced automation capabilities including AI-driven customer segmentation, predictive payment analytics, and automated dunning sequences.

  • Maintains HighRadius as the single source of truth for all collection strategies, worklist configurations, and cash application rules. Ensures Reporting and Analytics needs are met by defining KPI frameworks, validating data accuracy, and delivering actionable dashboards aligned to operational and management requirements.

About you:

  • Drive HighRadius upgrade from a business standpoint across 80+ countries: Supports PMO for upgrade methodology and set-up (e.g., business resource mobilization, kick-off, Jira preparation, reports, governance, process core model/solution presentations to hub/local users across all regions). Promotes Core Model processes and challenges localization to focus effort on legal aspects, global productivity, and automation — ensuring standardized collection ways of working globally.

  • Coordinates implementation of HighRadius automation features including smart worklist configuration, automated dunning sequences, cash application matching rules, and deduction management workflows. Organizes Analysts activities to: Prepare and anticipate business requirements by gathering the different expertise (SME, GPLs, Product Owner) to secure the right level of maturity and buy-in before starting HighRadius configuration.

  • Present expected enhancements in partnership with Digital to the appropriate governance (Design Authority, ERP screening committee). Lead UAT phases by preparing Key User trainings, test scripts, coordinating testers, following up and reporting execution and incident resolution. Support Key User responsibilities during End-User training. Ensure successful ramp-up by establishing strategy with the different stakeholders and supporting teams post go-live in case of solution/process clarification, issues identified, and follow-up resolution.

  • Responsible for expertise sustainability, continuous improvement, and delivery of collector efficiency and cash application performance: Gathers feedback from various stakeholders (Hub, local CI2C, GPO, GPL teams) regarding potential improvement of the HighRadius solution and collection/cash application processes. Monitors post-launch initiatives to ensure quality and benefit realization, including Overdue improvement, collector productivity, and cash application auto-match rates. Organizes Business Administration activities within the BSO Analysts team. Based on agreed KPIs, ensures solution and process efficiency monitoring to proactively identify potential issues and improvement opportunities — including DSO trends, overdue rates, worklist completion rates, and auto-match rates.

  • Assigns resources to contribute to data foundation build and KPI enhancement for data coming from HighRadius. Manages HighRadius platform performance and effectiveness, including strategy execution rates, automation success rates, SLA compliance, and configuration documentation quality. Eliminates recurring incidents through mandatory root cause analysis (RCA) — ensuring incidents are not closed without documented analysis and corrective action. Ensures Reporting and Analytics needs are met across all regions — including daily collector dashboards, management reporting, overdue trend analysis, and cash application performance tracking — coordinating with Digital and BI teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

  • Identifies, with GPLs, business cases according to functionalities to be implemented, supporting priorities of upcoming demands and aligning with the product owner. Ensures training documentation is accurate and updated; dedicates resources to providing additional training as needed. Communicates proactively to stakeholders about feature delivery and acts as single point of contact for HighRadius platform-related concerns or questions. Connects regularly with CI2C Hub and Digital Leaders to align needs and priorities. Manages talent development and skills within the team. Builds HighRadius platform expertise within the team and K-user community.

  • Support Digital HighRadius vendor relationship and SLA compliance: Support Digital team the day-to-day relationship with the HighRadius Customer Success Manager (CSM) and support teams. Enforces SLA compliance across all incident priorities (P1–P4) and escalates non-compliance formally. Participate monthly service reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with Digital Team, HighRadius. Ensures all configuration changes, global design settings, and change requests are documented in a centralized repository accessible to Sanofi. Manages the Change Request (CR) pipeline — ensuring 80%+ of approved CRs are delivered on committed dates. In collaboration Digital all HighRadius tickets in ServiceNow — ensuring proper priority classification, RCA documentation, and timely resolution.

  • Enforces mandatory regression testing and internal QA before UAT for all platform changes. Ensure dedicated senior HighRadius consultants are assigned with formal knowledge transfer protocols and resource continuity commitments

  • Supervise and coach BSO Analysts: Shares expertise and provides coaching. Anticipates workload and allocates resources for effective and efficient delivery. Active participation in the selection of new employees. Evaluates employee performance, determines training needs, and develops talent. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions.

  • Shapes and promotes a culture of collaboration, trust, and teamwork throughout the team through leadership and effective communication. Focuses on employee retention and engagement; advises management accordingly.
