Our Team:
Medical Activities Hub (MedHub) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. MedHub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally
Main responsibilities:
The Project Manager will work on a project basis. He/she will be responsible for providing Therapeutic Area (TA) workstream leads with administrative support on pre-defined projects. The Project Manager will set and develop the operational aspects of the project, develop, and monitor timelines, milestones and project metrics and is responsible for managing the projects from an operational perspective from the development and initiation phases through implementation and completion within scope provided by Medical Directors who remains responsible and accountable for the project content. Global expert engagement and contracting with external vendors will be the 2 main scopes of activities. Main activities will be:
Initiation, initial completion of operational core documents/materials, and follow up of overall projects timelines to ensure the projects move to the next step in a timely manner
Perform pre-defined key tasks on the projects to support the team and ensure the projects move forward, such as: create or ensure the required documents are completed on time (currently GRF, ABP, PO and WBS forms) and move through the approval steps in a timely manner; when applicable, enter the documents/information on the relevant platform (SharePoint, etc…); ensure follow-up with Procurement/Customer engagement team and develop/fill the needed documents from the MDs, ensure the projects move in the systems (vendor onboarding, new projects with vendors or consulting agreements, payment); follow-up on contract and invoice status; draft emails from templates, format documents (e.g. agendas, slides, …)
People: (1) Seek alignment with team members and key stakeholders to ensure timely and quick transition between every project step in line with approved processes and corresponding SOPs and departmental processes;(2)Support team initiatives and objectives, identify and recommend process improvements and initiatives
Performance: (1) Project management of medical review processes: Responsible for logistic aspects of the review process of medical documents;(2) Follow-up of the reviews (RDSOP-000973, currently V8)
Process: (1) Responsible for project setup executing and closure on time, within scope, and according to plan within the requested quality specifications;(2)Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business practices and corresponding SOPs/departmental processes to improve the project processes;(3)Reports project information to the workstream leads and other applicable stakeholders;(4)Supports contract management with the establishment of contract with internal and external vendors;(5)Organizes logistical solutions according to the needs of TA workstream leads
Stakeholders: (1) Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate internal work and communications
About you
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in expanding roles in with substantial project management experience withing pharmaceutical industry
Soft skills: Strong interpersonal and Influencing skills, Good Analytical and communication skills, change management skills, Collaborative teamwork, and adaptability.
Technical skills: MS office (including Teams, SharePoint), project management tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI
Education: Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., BS, MS, PhD, DVM)
Languages: High proficiency in written and spoken English
