About the Job

As a Medical Representative at Sanofi Vaccines, you’ll play a frontline role in strengthening public health by connecting healthcare professionals with trusted immunization solutions. Your work will directly support disease prevention efforts across Hanoi and Nam Dinh through scientific engagement and education. By fostering strong partnerships, you’ll help increase vaccine confidence and coverage in these high-impact communities.

Main Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales objectives by promoting Sanofi vaccines to targeted healthcare professionals

• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers and institutions

• Ensure optimal call coverage and frequency for priority HCPs based on territory strategy

• Execute marketing and action plans effectively, ensuring timely and impactful product promotion

• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales tactics and territory plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and call records

• Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions to drive growth

• Ensure timely and proper use of promotional tools and samples in the field

• Organize and participate in PR events and scientific meetings aligned with territory objectives

• Submit required reports and data (e.g., Optima, TAP) accurately and on schedule

• Uphold Sanofi’s standards of ethics, compliance, and safety in all field activities

About You

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related health sciences

• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related fieldwork

• Solid understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare stakeholders

• Proficient in basic computer tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems)

• Fluent in Vietnamese; English or French is an advantage
