Main responsibilities职责描述：

• Support to draft weekly production plan with PSC department, arrange operators’ position reasonably for ensuring the production schedule.
• 与计划部门协调、起草详细周生产计划；合理安排岗位人员，确保生产进度。
• Collect and analyse the data such as labour hour, yield, OEE, productivity and etc. Provide monthly report.
• 收集并分析生产工时、产品得率、生产效率及设备利用率等数据，制成月度报表。
• Provide technical & economic data support to department, production line and etc. Responsible for SAP (Athena) transactions and TOP database related tasks.
• 为部门、生产线产品技术经济指标提供数据支持。负责生产SAP(Athena)系统和TOP的维护。
• Support to draft weekly production plan with Logistic department, arrange operators’ position reasonably for ensuring the production schedule.
• 与物流部门协调、起草详细周生产计划；合理安排岗位人员，确保生产进度。
• Collect and analyse the data such as labour hour, yield, OEE, productivity and etc. Provide monthly report.
• 收集并分析生产工时、产品得率、生产效率及设备利用率等数据，制成月度报表。
• Provide technical & economic data support to department, production line and etc. Responsible for SAP (Athena) transactions and TOP database related tasks.
• 为部门、生产线产品技术经济指标提供数据支持。负责生产SAP(Athena)系统和TOP的维护。
• Provide support to Industrial control department & Logistic department for controlling temporary headcount.
• 为与工业控制与物流部控制生产部临时生产人数提供支持。
• Assist production manager to continuously improve labour productivity ensuing product quality and production tasks.
• 协助生产经理在确保产品质量和生产任务的前提下不断提高劳动生产效率。
• Assist production manager to complete annual SP & Budget package.
• 协助生产经理完成年度SP及年度预算数据包。
• Be responsible for Quality and Health-Safety-Environment in the position/workstation. Assist production manager to draft, revise and train the managerial related SOPs.
• 对职责范围（岗位）内的质量和职业健康安全环境工作负责。协助生产经理进行管理类SOP的起草、修订及培训。
• Complete other responsibilities from direct manager, department and the company.
• 积极完成上级、部门和公司布置的其它工作任务。

About you 任职资格:

Experience：

• 工作经验: 1年以上医药制造行业的工作经验，3年以上计划生产数据分析经验

Soft skill:

• logical thinking逻辑思维能力强，Team work spirit (团队工作的精神)，数据分析能力

Technical skill:

• 专业技能: 熟悉现行GMP和药片生产工艺；熟悉excel，PPT等office软件；

Education:

• 教育背景: 本科以上

Languages:

• 语言要求: 英语
