职位名称：医学信息沟通代表

职责描述：

• 按照公司政策、SOP及行业合规规范，通过科学、平衡、非误导性的方式向医疗卫生专业人员（HCP）传递产品适应症内的科学信息，解答医学信息相关问题
• 在授权范围内规划和执行合规的学术拜访、学术会议或科学交流活动，提升区域内医学专业人员对疾病领域及产品科学信息的认知
• 在公司政策和合规指引下，通过合规渠道向医疗卫生专业人员传递经公司审核批准的疾病领域科学信息及产品适应症内信息
• 通过公司管理系统及其他合规渠道，及时、真实、完整地记录医学互动内容，并在规定时限内完成合规记录
• 及时反馈区域市场的科学信息、不良事件及产品质量投诉等信息，并通过合规渠道及时上报药物警戒/医学部门

任职资格：

• 教育背景： 具有医学、药学或相关专业本科及以上学历，并掌握相关药物临床理论知识
• 工作经验： 1年以上医药行业相关工作经验，具备良好的过往业绩记录
• 专业技能： 具备扎实的医学/产品知识学习能力、学术沟通与传递能力、客户关系管理能力
• 职业素养： 具备高度的诚信意识与合规意识，严格遵守国家法律法规及公司行为准则（Code of Conduct），不得存在《医药代表管理办法》中规定的禁止性情形及商业贿赂行为
• 个人特质： 具备韧性、学习敏锐度、结果导向、良好的团队合作精神
• 合规承诺： 需完成入职前及在岗期间的合规与SOP培训考核，并对所有客户互动承担合规记录与真实性责任
