En tant que stagiaire dans notre service Clinical quality and continuous improvement vous participerez au soutien des équipes d’études cliniques dans la coordination des formations et la configuration du système en utilisant la plateforme Study Training de Veeva.
Le défi est lancé pour accélérer la course à la découverte et au développement de médicaments afin de trouver des solutions pour les patients et leurs familles. Vos compétences pourraient être déterminantes pour aider nos équipes à accélérer les progrès réalisés.
Principales responsabilités:
- Participer à la mise en place des matrices de formation dans le système Veeva
- Contribuer au chargement et à la mise à jour des supports et affectations de formation
- Prendre part au support utilisateurs et au dépannage du système
- Apporter votre support à la proposition des améliorations pour les processus et outils de formation
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes et prestataires pour la création de contenus
- Aider à la génération et au partage des rapports de complétion de formation pour les études et audits
À propos de vous
- Savoir-être et savoir-faire : adaptabilité, force de proposition, bon relationnel. Maîtrise des outils Microsoft, notamment Excel et Sharepoint. Connaissances des bonnes pratiques cliniques.
- Formation : bac+4 à bac+5 en pharmacie, et en ingénierie de la santé.
- Langues : obligation anglais courant

As an intern within our Clinical quality and continuous improvement team, you’ll support clinical study teams with training coordination and system setup using Veeva’s Study Training platform.
The challenge is to accelerate the race for drug discovery and development to find solutions for patients and their families. Your skills could be decisive in helping our teams accelerate progress.
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in the setup of learning matrices within the Veeva Study Training System
- Contribute to the upload and maintenance of training materials and assignments
- Take part in user support and training system troubleshooting
- Propose improvements to training processes and system use
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on training content creation
- Run and share training completion reports for study teams and audits
About you
- Soft and technical skills: proactive, adaptability, good communication. Proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint. Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices
- Education: Master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences
- Languages: proficiency in english
