Orchestrate transformation of Patient Support!

As Global Lead Branded Digital Patient Services within our Digital Patient Services EDGE Team, you’ll be one of the leading actors of revolution of how we support patients through Managed Patient Programs (MPPs). You will significantly influence not only how patient programs are perceived by patients and providers but also how our internal teams continuously improve its ways of working and processes. You will spearhead multi-country initiatives, partnering with experts in digital experience, content strategy, and analytics to deliver innovative solutions. What is more, you will build and leverage networks to accelerate deployment, while managing diverse stakeholders and tight deadlines. Our goal is ambitious: successfully launch our MPP product across 10 countries by 2025, requiring someone who thrives in creating dynamic environments and empowering cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results.

We're reinventing financial assistance, patient education, and combined programs through innovation, technology, and data insights. This transformation spans 60+ programs across 30+ countries, with ambitious targets of 90% enrolment and 60% completion rates, ultimately decentralizing healthcare with patients at the centre.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of assigned projects, fostering the transformation and development of new MPP products and services.

• Maintain communication with local and global stakeholders, ensuring transparency, progress updates, and a positive momentum for the program.

• Propose innovative solutions and challenge existing practices to unlock or create new value for patients, healthcare professionals, and care teams.

• Introduce new technologies and approaches to enhance program efficiency and overall effectiveness.

• Oversee the strategic planning, deployment, and launch of MPP products and services.

• Provide guidance on the operational aspects of transformation efforts, ensuring smooth integration and execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformative initiatives with business objectives.

• Support the implementation of patient support strategies alongside other Sanofi and Patient Services teams.

• Foster alignment and coordination across brands and be a trusted partner for both global and local teams in identifying solutions, overcoming challenges, and celebrating successes.

About you

• Experience: Several years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, preferably with patient support services background. Consulting experience preferred

• Proven track record leading large transformation initiatives and managing stakeholders effectively.

• International work experience with demonstrated relationship-building abilities

• Soft and technical skills: Strategic and operational capability to create opportunities and deliver value

• Strong prioritization skills with focus on key matters

• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to change in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong relationship acumen fostering teamwork and accountability

• Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field (advanced degree or consulting experience preferred)

• Languages: Verbal and written fluency in English.
