As an international project management apprentice within our Trade and Revenue Management, you will support a central function responsible for defining and deploying trade strategies, optimizing revenue streams, and ensuring the competitiveness of Sanofi's portfolio across markets. You will also contribute to key initiatives at the intersection of commercial strategy and distribution. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Support us in project management and administrative tasks
• Collaborate and help drive the Progress of assigned projects
• Take part facilitating cross-country collaboration and knowledge sharing on various business topics
• Participate in the planning and coordination of regional meetings and events
• Contribute to the creation of communication materials and help facilitate meetings and workshops

About you

• Soft and technical skills: rigor, team spirit and adaptability. Knowledges in pharmaceutical industry
• Education: master’s degree in business school  
• Languages: fluent in english

En tant qu’alternant.e en management de projet international au sein de notre équipe Trade and Revenue Management, tu vas accompagner une fonction centrale responsable de la définition et du déploiement des stratégies commerciales avec de l’optimisation des flux et de la compétitivité du portefeuille de Sanofi sur les marchés. • Être force de proposition sur la progression des projets assignés
• Accompagner la collaboration interpays et le partage d'expériences sur divers sujets métier
• Participer à la planification et à la coordination des préparatifs pour les réunions et événements régionaux
• Contribuer à la création de supports de communication et animer des réunions et ateliers
