As an apprentice within our Drug Disease Modeling team, you’ll contribute to the development of a clinical modeling framework for antibody-drug conjugate therapy in non-small cell lung cancer, with a focus on individual lesion dynamics and their link to survival outcomes. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive literature review on individual lesion dynamics modeling approaches
• Take part in the development of a joint model of individual lesion dynamics such as PFS/OS data using Phase 1 data and advanced statistical techniques.
• Contribute to the evaluation of individual lesion dynamics versus for predictions, dose selection, and statistical power
• Collaborate on modeling workflow automation and R code development
• Support us in scientific communication through presentations, reports, master's thesis, and potential publication

About you

• Soft and technical skills: autonomy, rigor, interpersonal skills. Proficiency in modeling workflow automation
• Education: Master’s degree level in pharmacometrics
• Languages: fluent in english
