As an internal control apprentice within our Internal Control R&D Medical LTE, you will contribute to strengthening risk management and the performance of control processes through evaluation activities, data analysis, reporting and steering of transversal projects covering R&D, Medical, Long Term Extension and Support & Governance. Main responsibilities:
- Participate in the annual control self-assessment process by coordinating with teams across various entities worldwide to ensure all evaluations are completed accurately and on time
- Support us in creating monthly performance dashboards that track internal control activities, helping different departments visualize their progress and identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to data analysis by reviewing information from our control systems, identifying trends, and preparing clear reports that help decision-makers understand what is working well and what needs attention
- Take part in updating key reference documents such as the Internal Control Manual, evaluation questionnaires, and testing procedures to keep them up to date
- Support us in monitoring action plans by tracking their progress, verifying that teams fulfil their commitments, and ensuring the quality of information reported at each stage
- Contribute to special projects aimed at strengthening control practices across research & development, medical, and launch activities, providing exposure to diverse business challenges
About you
- Soft and technical skills: Rigor, autonomy, and learning agility. Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools
- Education: master’s degree in audit, control management
- Languages: fluent english

En tant qu’alternant.e contrôle interne au sein de notre équipe Internal Control R&D Medical LTE, vous allez contribuer à renforcer la maîtrise des risques et la performance des processus de contrôle à travers des activités d'évaluation, d'analyse de données, de reporting et de pilotage de projets transversaux couvrant les fonctions R&D, affaires médicales et lancement. Principales responsabilités :
- Contribuer à la création de tableaux de bord de performance mensuels permettant de suivre les activités de contrôle interne, en aidant les différents départements à visualiser leur avancement et à identifier les axes d'amélioration
- Participer à l'analyse de données en examinant les informations issues de nos systèmes de contrôle, en identifiant les tendances et en préparant des rapports pertinents destinés aux décideurs de comprendre ce qui fonctionne bien et ce qui nécessite une attention particulière
- Prendre part à la mise à jour des documents de référence clés tels que le Manuel de Contrôle Interne, les questionnaires d'évaluation et les procédures de test
- Contribuer au suivi des plans d'action, en vérifiant que les équipes respectent leurs engagements et en garantissant la qualité des informations reportées à chaque étape
- Participer à des projets annexes visant à renforcer les pratiques de contrôle dans les domaines de la R&D, du médical et des activités de lancement, exposant à des enjeux métiers variés

- Compétences techniques et relationnelles : rigueur, autonomie, capacité d’apprentissage. Maitrise des outils de business intelligence et visualisation de données
- Éducation : bac+5 en audit, contrôle de gestion
- Langues : anglais courant
