Über die Stelle
Das Bio2.0 Bridging Programm ist ein strategisches Transformationsprogramm für den Standort Frankfurt, das die nachhaltige Produktion von Insulin unter Berücksichtigung modernster regulatorischer Anforderungen sicherstellt. Als Program Excellence Lead sind Sie Teil des Programm-Leadership-Teams und treiben die Performance-Initiativen voran, um die Programmeffizienz zu optimieren und operative Exzellenz zu gewährleisten.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
Strategische Programmoptimierung: Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Strategien zur Steigerung der Programmeffizienz. Dies beinhaltet die Analyse von Prozessen, Identifikation von Engpässen und Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
KPI-Management: Definition relevanter Leistungsindikatoren auf Programm- und Funktionsebene. Regelmäßiges Tracking und Reporting dieser KPIs, um Fortschritte zu messen und bei Bedarf Anpassungen vorzunehmen.
Governance-Koordination: Verantwortung für die Organisation und Durchführung von Steering Committees und Site Visits. Vorbereitung aussagekräftiger Präsentationen und Sicherstellung effektiver Entscheidungsfindung.
Cross-funktionale Workshops: Konzeption und Leitung von Workshops zur Prozessoptimierung und Problemlösung. Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele. Nutzung von z.B. SMS Tools, MBTI Assessment o.ä.
SMS-Standards Implementierung: Einführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Sanofi Management System (SMS) Standards. Schulung von Teammitgliedern und Sicherstellung der konsequenten Anwendung im gesamten Programm.
Stakeholder Management: Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu allen relevanten Stakeholdern, von der Produktionsebene bis zum Top-Management. Sicherstellung einer klaren und effektiven Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen.
Change Management: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Change-Management-Strategien zur Unterstützung der Programmziele. Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Förderung der Akzeptanz bei allen Beteiligten.
Strategische Planung: Erstellung und Aktualisierung der strategischen Programmplanung, einschließlich Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement. Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung des Programms an übergeordneten Unternehmenszielen.
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Etablierung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Programm. Regelmäßige Überprüfung von Prozessen und Implementierung von Best Practices zur Steigerung der Gesamteffizienz.
Über Sie
- Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (Master/Diplom), vorzugsweise in Biotechnologie, Ingenieurwesen oder Verfahrenstechnik; Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie; ; Erfahrung in der Führung von cross-funktionalen Teams ohne direkte Personalverantwortung; Vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung, sowie SMS-Skill Assessment: Level Practitioner oder höher
- Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten Ausgeprägte Change-Management und Stakeholder Management Fähigkeiten; Nachgewiesene Expertise in Performance Management und Lean/SMS Methodiken
- Sprachen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
