Das Audit und Inspektion Team bei Sanofi ist verantwortlich für die strategische Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Audits sowie behördlichen Inspektionen weltweit. Im Rahmen Deines Pflichtpraktikums erhältst Du Einblicke in die Arbeitsabläufe unseres Teams. Zusätzlich gewährleisten wir die kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung und Compliance durch die Verwaltung von CAPAs, die Überprüfung von GMP-Dokumentation und die Sicherstellung der ständigen Inspektionsbereitschaft, während es gleichzeitig als Schnittstelle zu Behörden, Kunden und internen Stakeholdern fungiert.
Aufgabenbeschreibung
Du unterstützt bei der Organisation und Aktualisierung von GMP-Dokumentationen, SOPs und Audit-Berichten
Du arbeitest mit bei der Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für bevorstehende Audits und Inspektionen
Du wirkst mit bei der Verwaltung von CAPAs, einschließlich der Nachverfolgung von Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen, Erstellung von einfachen Berichten und Unterstützung bei der Terminüberwachung
Du bist aktiv bei der Audit- und Inspektions-Vorbereitung, z.B. durch Sammeln relevanter Informationen, Erstellen von Checklisten und Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Terminen mit internen Stakeholdern
Sei kreativ und gestalte Schulungsmaterial, optimiere unsere Team-Homepage und hilf uns, zu Audit-Influencer zu werden
Anforderungen & Qualifikationen
Du studierst Biotechnologie, Pharmazie, Chemie oder einen anderen relevanten Studiengang, der sich zum Beispiel mit Projektmanagement oder Kommunikation beschäftigt
Du suchst ein Pflichtpraktikum von 5-6 Monaten
Du gehst sicher mit dem MS-Office Paket um und hast GMP-Grundwissen
Du zeichnest Dich durch eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und proaktives Handeln aus
Du bist ein echter Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und hands-on Mentalität
Du bringst Spaß und Kreativität mit für die Lösung komplexer Aufgaben
Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Schrift und Wort
