Für unsere Standorte Frankfurt am Main und Berlin suchen wir mehrere Trainees (all genders) für unser zweijähriges Traineeprogramm im Bereich Human Resources/ People & Culture.
Je nach deiner Verfügbarkeit bieten wir flexible Startzeitpunkte zwischen dem 15.10.2025 und dem 01.12.2025 an und freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung!
Während des 24-monatigen Traineeprogramms bist du in der Personalabteilung in wechselnden operativen HR-Teams sowie in den Stabsabteilungen, den HR COEs (Center of Expertise) eingesetzt – die Arbeit mit Digitalisierungsprozessen sowie People Analytics ist übergreifend.
Ziel ist eine umfassende Einarbeitung in unterschiedliche operative sowie strategisch-konzeptionelle Themen und Aufgabenstellungen von Human Resources/ People & Culture. Du sammelst viel Praxiserfahrung im People Excellence Partnering sowie in mindestens einem HR-Teilbereich wie Talent Acquisition/ Employer Branding, Talent Management, Rewards & Performance, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity, HR Content Management oder unserem People Services Team. In jeder Station hast du die Chance, in übergreifenden – häufig auch internationalen - Projekten mitzuarbeiten, die sowohl die Neukonzeption als auch die Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Personalprozessen – häufig unter Anwendung von state-of-the-art eHR-Tools – beinhalten können.
Durch die langjährige Erfahrung und Durchführung von Traineeprogrammen bei Sanofi bieten wir dir ein individuell abgestimmtes Programm, das vielfältige Einblicke in die HR-Welt ermöglicht. Ein begleitendes Qualifizierungsprogramm mit einem individuellen Seminarpaket sowie eine/r Mentor*in an deiner Seite sind für uns selbstverständlich.

Dein Profil
Du möchtest dein Potential im Bereich Human Resources entfalten, dich entdecken und weiterentwickeln? Dann solltest du Folgendes mitbringen:
ein Master-Studium – gerne mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources
mindestens 6 Monate praktische Erfahrung im Personalbereich sowie mit digitalen Prozessen in studienbegleitenden Tätigkeiten oder Praktika – gerne auch im Ausland
Und das ist uns auch noch wichtig:
Du bist eine leistungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die sich schnell in neue Themengebiete einarbeitet. Du bist engagiert und brennst darauf, neue Erfahrungen zu sammeln.
Dabei zeichnest du dich durch eine agile, kreative und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und überzeugst als kommunikative Person, die gerne netzwerkt.
Du bist digital affin im Umgang mit e-HR Tools, z.B. Workday und/oder SAP und interessierst dich für die Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen und People Analytics.
