Main responsibilities:
Design and perform experiments that generate critical insights for process development decisions.
Use automated laboratory systems and high-throughput assays to efficiently evaluate process performance.
Apply digital and AI-enabled tools to analyze data, uncover trends, and support scientific decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement of analytical methods, workflows, and laboratory technologies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to address development challenges and advance therapeutic programs.
Contribute technical expertise to the implementation of new automation and analytics capabilities.
Share findings and recommendations that influence development strategies and manufacturing readiness.
About you:
Basic Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related laboratory environment
Academic or research experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with high-throughput assays, laboratory automation platforms (e.g., Tecan, Hamilton), and analytical instrumentation
Demonstrated ability to design experiments, analyze data, and translate results into actionable scientific recommendations
Proficiency with digital and data visualization tools for data analysis (e.g., SoftMax or similar software)
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently with guidance
