À propos du poste
Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons pour notre centre de développement un.e alternant.e passionné.e et engagé.e, prêt.e à relever des défis dans l'univers de la pharmacie galénique (développement de formule et de procédé). Votre mission sera de développer de nouveaux produits CHC au Centre de développement de Compiègne, faisant partie du « science hub » d’innovation Global CHC, ceci pour l’ensemble des catégories « Drug » et « Food Supplement ». Cette mission englobe des activités techniques depuis le prototypage, en passant par le développement et le scale-up jusqu’au lancement avec la fabrication des lots industriels.
Principales responsabilités:
- Participe au développement d’un grand nombre de formes galéniques (solides & liquides).
- Réalise les essais de formulation, de changement d'échelle des produits en développement et les fabrications de lots cliniques et d'enregistrement.
- Identifie les paramètres critiques du procédé et aide à la validation du procédé de fabrication
- Rédige/vérifie la documentation associée aux études/essais/fabrications liés au projet (protocoles, dossiers de lot, rapports…)
- Etabli et applique les procédures et modes opératoires des équipements de fabrication, de mesures physiques et de conditionnement des pilotes
- Participe au fonctionnement et à l'organisation des laboratoires du centre de développement
À propos de vous
Formation:
- Bac + 2 /+ 3, TSPI ou équivalent
Compétences techniques :
- Connaissance des formes orales solides, liquides
- Connaissance en formulation et production industrielle pharmaceutiques
- Connaissance des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication
- Connaissance des logiciels bureautique sous environnement Windows
- Anglais (compréhension des documents techniques et rédaction le cas échéant)
Compétences comportementales :
- Rigueur et autonomie dans la réalisation des tâches confiées
- Communication efficace et positive (force de proposition)
- Esprit d'équipe (travail en binôme, transmission du savoir-faire,..)
