Talent Operations Specialist

The Talent Operations Specialist serves as a supporting role in ensuring the seamless operation and effectiveness of Sanofi China talent hub. The specialist is focused on supporting day-to-day administrative activities. This position handles budgeting tracking and financial processing (initiating POs, processing reimbursements), and data reporting to ensure seamless operations excellence. Key responsibilities center around task execution, process adherence, and internal communications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Initiate Purchase Orders (PO) for recruitment vendors and support goods receipt and payment execution.

• Manage reimbursements for candidates, hiring teams, and the Talent Hub.

• Distribute recruitment updates, policy reminders, and TA/TM process guidelines to hiring managers and teams.

• Generate TA/TM-related reports for data auditing and analysis purposes.

• Validate employee referral bonus records and submit requests to payroll.

• Create and maintain knowledge management documents (guides, FAQs) for the China Talent Hub's daily operational activities.

About You:

You came with a collaborative mindset to work with multiple stockholders. Able to organize a cluster of tasks according to priority, and spot improvements in repetitive work processes will be a big advantage. You are sensitive about data and details oriented.

• You have 1-3 years of experience in HR supporting role.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a similar field.

• You have experience communicating with stakeholders across departments.

• You demonstrate administrative agility.

• You are skilled in data analysis and reporting.

• You are adept at documentation and process mapping.

• You speak native Chinese and fluent English.
