JOB PURPOSE:
Lead DB West team to establish and implement access and business development strategies, realize access objective, customer development and coverage, cultivate customer adoption towards diabetes disease knowledge to ensure DB products success, initiate the marketing activities and achieve the goals of target, product promotion and market access.
领导糖尿病西区业务团队,制定区域整体业务推广策略,实现准入目标,实现疾病/预防观念教育,管理团队执行产品推广工作,达成区域工作目标。
Lead business promotion team to initiate the promotion activity in professional way and comply with the proper codes of conduct.
管理业务推广团队执行专业推广,遵守正确的行为规范。
Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments, develop staff positively and keep team stable.
与公司其他部门有效沟通和协作;区域内部积极发展人员和稳定团队管理。
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Lead team to establish and implement regional business development strategies, initiate the marketing activities and achieve the access objective and goals of target, product promotion and market access.
1) Achieve regional aggressive business objectives in revenue, profit and other qualitative and quantitative targets within the company standards and ethics.
按照公司标准及合规要求,达成区域收入、利润及其他定量、定性的业务目标。
2) Think and plan broadly, develop regional business promotion & marketing strategies, as well as the product promotion and competition strategies, and align company’s primary strategy.
具备区域整体的策略性思维,将区域的推广执行工作与公司策略目标相结合,制定区域市场和推广策略,以及各产品的推广和竞争策略
3)Manage and guide the team members to visit hospitals and other healthcare organizations, deliver product information and promote products effectively, ensure the whole team to achieve the KPI of visiting target, the goals of product promotion and market access according to the assigned target and performance requirement.
管理和指导团队拜访所在地区医院和其他医疗相关机构,传递正确有效的产品信息,推广公司糖尿病产品,管理团队一致达到公司规定的日常拜访的KPI要求,并且达成团队年度设定的产品推广及产品准入等主要目标。
4)Manage and coach RM/DM by co-visit, set job objectives for team members, and motivate them to fulfill their key accountability.
针对重要业务和需要指导大区经理/地区经理,进行协访并给予具体的指导,并激励团队成员完成设定的目标。
5)Establish long-term and productive relationship with key customers, deliver the company's policies and product information efficiently, build a solid and win-win relationship accordingly.
与关键客户建立长期和建设性的合作关系,将公司的政策和产品信息有效传达并建立稳固、共赢的合作关系。
6)Complete team’s business planning and territory management on the basis of the company’s policies and market strategies, select target customer accurately, set territories reasonably, ensure team members to maintain customer information regularly; gathering market information, support related departments in the tendering and bidding activities.
按照公司政策及及市场策略,做好团队整体的业务规划和辖区管理工作,精准选择目标客户,合理设定辖区,确保团队准确维护目标客户的信息,收集市场信息,支持相关部门完成招投标等工作。
7)Allocate personnel & territory and promotion activities rationally, ensure the effectiveness of execution by continuous follow up; analyze the rationality of resource utilization and input-output ratio, keep optimizing resource allocation to achieve the maximum utilization of resources.
合理分配辖区人员配置和推广活动,跟进团队的活动执行情况以确保有效性,分析资源利用的合理性和投入产出比,持续优化资源分配和推广活动以达到资源的最大化利用;
2. Lead team to initiate the promotion activity in professional way and comply with the proper codes of conduct.
管理业务推广团队执行专业推广,遵守正确的行为规范
1)Guide team members to possess the product characteristics and key information about the market promotion, pass the product knowledge test in order to promote products effectively and efficiently; perform professional and proficiently using the product knowledge in promotional activities, express products competitive advantage. Ability to apply business operation knowledge and management concepts to promotion activities and daily team management.
指导团队学习和掌握产品特性及推广的关键信息,通过相关产品知识考试;并且在推广活动中能够熟练运用产品知识进行产品宣讲,发挥我们的产品竞争优势。并且能将商业运营知识和管理学理念用于实际产品推广和团队管理工作
2)Ensure team members to comply with the codes of conduct specified in Employee Handbook, meet the requirement of SOP, ensure no violations while perform promotion activities; use all promotional materials and deliver product information in an appropriate and honest way according to the marketing strategies; circulate company’s policies effectively.
在执行行日常推广工作中,管理团队遵守公司员工手册规定的行为规范,符合公司SOP要求,无违规违纪行为;并且在执行推广活动时,按照市场营销策略正确使用产品推广材料,正确诚信有效传达产品信息及正确传达公司的各项政策
3)Report adverse reaction events promptly in accordance with the company’s policies and assist relevant departments to dealing with it.
按照公司流程及时上报不良反应事件并协助公司相关部门处理。
3. Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments, develop staff positively and keep team stable.
与公司其他部门有效沟通和协作; 在区域内部积极发展人员和稳定团队管理。
1)Ability to communicate with different departments actively, timely, and effectively by varieties of communication to gain the support.
熟练运用多种沟通方式,主动同公司内部不同部门人员进行及时、有效的沟通,获得其他部门或者人员的支持。
2)Clearly understand the company's recruitment process, selection criteria and job qualifications for regional personnel at all levels, in order to keep the team stable in long term; ability to inspire team to work enthusiastic in stress or difficulty.
清楚了解公司的招聘流程,了解区域各级人员的任职要求和选拔标准,保持团队稳定性。并且能在面临压力或困难的情况下激发团队工作热情。
3)Ensure team’s daily work in an orderly manner, actively provide education or training for reserve talent, provide guidance on career development to talents; create a positive team culture, build the region’s core competitiveness.
保持团队日常工作有序进行,积极培养后备人才,为优秀人才提供职业发展指导,创造积极正向的团队文件,打造区域的核心管理团队和核心竞争力。
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
Led a scalable business: multi-provinces and multi-products experiences
Proven sales performance for both established product and new product uptake.
Good understanding on Diabetes market
Demonstrated professional promotion experience.
