According to department’s requests and led by the superior, as a leader to design and implement the VIE program aligned to the company’s objectives. Promote and develop cooperation programs of vaccination and circulation management in public health domain to build favorable marketing atmosphere.

在上级的领导下，根据部门要求带领团队规划辖区内符合公司目标的免疫优化项目并实施。推动及开发公共卫生领域疫苗接种和流通管理等合作项目，营造良好的市场氛围。

Improve communication with region-specific critical decision makers on disease control, coordinate resources of the region effectively and support sustained development of business

加强区域内与疾控关键决策人的沟通，有效协调区域资源，支持公司业务的持续发展

 Fulfill team management and ensure continued improvement in the meantime

团队管理，同时确保持续改进

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

关键职责

According to the requests and action plans of the  function:

根据疫苗免疫优化 职能的要求和行动计划:

lAs a leader to devote to promoting and developing cooperation program related to VIE and circulating management to build favorable marketing atmosphere.

带领团队致力于推动及开发区域疫苗免疫优化和流通管理等合作项目，营造良好的市场氛围。

Programs include:

1)Beyfortus CDC Pathway program management; coordinate and carry out related business ;

2)Overall management on the vaccination procedures of competitive vaccines in the area;

3)Execution and guarantee program of area Class II vaccines, including vaccination policies, circulation records, area preliminary tender policies of Class II vaccines, etc.

项目包含：

1)乐维初CDC Pathway项目管理，协调与开展相关的业务活动。

2)统筹管理区域竞争性疫苗接种程序项目。

3)区域非免疫规划疫苗业务执行保障项目，包括跟踪疫苗接种政策、流通管理备案、区域非免规疫苗招标前期政策等。

1) Establish a regular business visit mechanism for establishment of professional, effective cooperative relationship with relevant personnel of provincial and key municipal CDC among others, to accomplish business goals

为实现业务目标，建立定期业务拜访机制，与省级、重点市级 CDC等部门相关人员建立专业、 良好的合作关系

 2) Innovate thinking, facilitate and develop pilot innovation projects and support business operation in all regions to accomplish business goals of the company

创新思维，推动开发创新试点项目，支持各区域业务运营以实现公司业务目标

3) Fulfill co-visits to key accounts through coordination of project requirements or major difficulties of different departments

配合各部门的项目需求或难点问题，协同拜访重点客户

lBe responsible for team management and ensure sustained improvement in the meantime 负责团队管理，同时确保持续改进

1)Provide training for team members and improve their professional proficiency to push forward their career development

培养团队成员，提升专业技能，促进其职业发展

2）Ensure compliance of all team behaviors with requirements

CONTEXT OF THE JOB/MAJOR CHALLENGES

岗位背景/主要挑战

The job needs good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; attention to details and analytical abilities; can work under high pressure and hold positive attitude and willingness.

本岗位工作需要具备良好的沟通、演讲和人际关系处理技能，关注细节以及分析能力。要求能够在高压下工作，并需持有积极的态度和意愿。

REQUIREMENTS

任职要求

​·A degree in life sciences such as biological, medical, or pharmaceutical or degree in marketing or business administration from a credible institution

生物学、医学或药学等生命科学学位，或市场营销及商业管理学位。

·Good communication with officials from local government  

能够较好地与当地政府官员沟通。

·At least 3 years’ working experience in similar RVACCINE IMMUNIZATION EXCELLENCE function in a multinational pharmaceutical, biological and/or vaccines company; with record of successfully facilitating the interests of multinational companies

在跨国制药、生物制品和/或疫苗公司的RVACCINE IMMUNIZATION EXCELLENCE职能部门的相似职位上有至少2年工作经验，具备成功促进跨国公司利益的记录。

·Good communication skills in both written and oral form.

良好的书面和口语沟通技能。

·Good computer skills in Office Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook, and office facilities

良好的Office Word、Excel、Powerpoint、Outlook办公软件和办公设施技能。

·Good writing skill is required

要求有较好的写作技能。
